Steps to the ski slope, community pool, tennis courts - 3 bedroom - 3 full bathroom, two-story townhouse in the Villages Sunridge Development at Seven Springs Resort. Welcome to our family ski and summer home with updates to the entire property to enhance your mountain experience.

The First level provides a large master bedroom with queen bed, jacuzzi tub, and cable TV. The full kitchen has new countertops and stainless appliances, island seating with adjacent dining room with rustic table and chairs for gathering. The living room has an expansive vaulted ceiling and skylights with great natural light and fireplace for large groups to watch TV or enjoy each other's company. New sliding glass door opens onto a patio outdoor space with a gas grill and outdoor table and gathering space. Cable TV, DVD Player, and free WiFi throughout. The attached garage is your home for ski and snowboard storage and changing area as well as the provided equipment for your basketball, pickleball, or tennis matches in the summer.

The second level has a second master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom and an office space for those "working from home" on vacation. There is a third bedroom on this level with two bunkbeds and an adjacent full bathroom. The large loft area has a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV for gaming or watching movies when you need to get away from the group. The laundry area with washer and dryer are here for your use after a day on the slopes or hiking the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail.

There is a free shuttle service to and from Seven Springs Mountain Resort Lodge or you can walk 1 minute to the Village Trail green rated ski slope and strap in. This home is directly adjacent to the community pool, hot tub, and pickleball and basketball courts for use in the summer. Falling Water and Ohiopyle are a 30 minute drive or you can hike the trails on the resort or in nearby Laurel Hill State Park. Enjoy the Laurel Highlands year round in this home for your next vacation.

So convenient!

We loved our time at this property. It was full of fun toys and games for the kids + the layout of the place was perfect for my family of 4 + our aunt & uncle. We sadly didn’t have any snow but we enjoyed our time at the lodge nearby. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back soon!
