This Mountain home is more than just a Condo, or a room for the night. Our Mountain Home is located slope side in the Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs. Our Guests find our Home to be warm, cozy, and inviting! Our Home is in one of the best neighborhoods on the mountain. We are one of the few rentals located right on Boomerang Trail. In addition to our location on Boomerang, we are directly in front of Goosebumps, so you can sit in the living room and watch the adventure seekers pick their line down one of the only expert slopes in the State.

For Summer rentals we are in a great location. Our home is located at the top of the mountain, which has amazing views, along with a great mountain breeze.

We have 2 balconies, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, or your nightcap.

The outdoor pool is less than 100 yards away, and has ample parking if you choose to drive.

Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our home and the Main Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays, so you are never far away from the action.

Seven Springs has also become know as a World Class Mountain biking venue, offering 30+ miles of Cross Country, and an amazing Downhill Park. Riders love our home because we offer a garage, and have easy access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a single 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long.

We have customized our home to be very accommodating to outdoor enthusiasts, who are seeking adrenaline during the day and comfort at night.

When the snow is not on the ground, you can take advantage of everything our home and location has to offer:

-We are located about a mile from the Sporting Clays, which has a great restraunt, and hosts corporate events most of the year.

Our mountain home includes 3 Bedrooms, 1 Master Suite with a King Size Bed (one of the only homes in Stoneridge with a king size bed), 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, and the 3rd bedroom is set up to sleep 4 (1 Set of bunks, and a day bed with a trundle).

Common Area includes a kitchen, dining, and living room space. The sofa folds out into a queen size bed. We have also included a pub table near the windows to enjoy breakfast and the awesome views.

The Master bedroom, features a private entrance, King bed, floor to ceiling windows, private balcony, and HD TV with TIVO (DVR).

The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen bed, large window with mountain view and HD TV.

The 3rd Bedroom, is perfect for Kids, and Ski Bums alike, features a Bunk Bed set (twin on top, and Full Futon on bottom), along with a twin daybed with a trundle bed. The 3rd bedroom also includes an HD TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Refridge-Ice Maker, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pots, Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, and other necessities to make you feel at home!

We are a family of skiers and out door enthusiasts, from the Pittsburgh region. We have been enjoying Seven Springs for over 30 years, and watched the resort evolve into one of the best resorts on the East Coast. Our family has skied all over North America, and stayed at numerous properties managed by families just like ours.

While searching for a 'Mountain Home' we toured over a dozen properties and fell in love with this property as soon as we discovered it. Very few properties on the mountain include the view and the accessibility that our home has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

Because our property is located on the Boomerang Trail we can offer more ski in ski out days than almost any other property at Seven Springs. The Property includes 2 ski lockers and easy access to the slopes.

Very Impressive!!!

I can't say enough about how fantastic this entire experience has been. The condo was spotless, up to date, and beautiful. Ron was an absolute delight to work with. His hospitality and kindness was remarkable. Everyone had a great time and was really impressed with how awesome the place was, myself included. I will definitely be returning to this lovely place. I've already given recommendations to several people. If you are hesitant about getting this place and/or the process, don't be. I can assure you that your experience will be positive. I like things clean and this place was immaculate. Thanks Ron!!

PS. The view on the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was therapeutic

Attention to Detail

The circumstance in which my wife and I rented this condo was to take our three grandchildren, ages 4 through 9, to Seven Springs for a couple of days of activities that the resort offers young people. Being the off season and midweek, it was nice to have the complex mostly to ourselves without worrying about parking and having the kids make too much noise and irritating other visitors. They were excited to be in Ron's condo the first hour or so!

First, the extra money for housekeeping is worth the expense. There have been instances in which we have rented condominiums over the years in which one could tell it was generally cleaned, but upon spending a day or so, the preparation was only superficial and, my wife especially, would spend time making sure the space was more livable. This was not the case with this property. There was not anything that we could complain about regarding the cleanliness upon our arrival.

There are details about this unit that were noticed and appreciated which include: Dimmer switches on lights, motion sensitive night lights in the bedrooms, extra high kitchen counter, well organized and stocked kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc., quality furnishings including a “heavy duty” bunk bed for children, a little shelf next to the upper bunk for glasses, and various ski themed art throughout the unit.

Knowing that there is much wear and tear associated with renting and, regardless of this fact, that the owner nevertheless offers such quality and uniqueness for his customers was recognized by us.

There is a distinction to this unit that is more than square footage or number of rooms. I hope others enjoy it as much as my family did for our three days.

Fabulous condo with great accommodations!

I'll definitely be booking this location for my next stay at Seven Springs! The condo is even better than the pictures. Super clean and updated. Bathrooms were both updated and fabulous! Convienent location with shuttle service to the main lodge. Perfect for girls weekend, couples getaway, or accommodating for an entire family. The owner was very responsive and quick to follow up on any questions.

Really nice place for a couple of families
