when we final got the code 30 min late we opened the house and the alarm went off, the house smelled so bad it took a while to air out the smell, the bed sheets in on of the rooms looked like a pee stain there was crumbs in the bed. The glasses had lip stick stains on them, towel's not enough to go around, no clean sheets to or blankets. Lets just say the house was not ready for guests. I paid a lot of money to stay with my family from out of town and we where all disappointed. And the smell every time we opened the door to come in from being out OMG it needs a deep cleaning.
