A peaceful private veranda in backyard with grill. Spacious family dining room, perfect for a large family to enjoy. 3 large flat screen tv's, including your favorite cable channels for entertainment. Family game night? - enjoy a number of board games located in the Livingroom. Linens & towels included. We provide 8 beach chairs, 2 coolers and umbrella for those long days at the beach. Beach cruiser bike available in garage. **Snowbirds and long-term rentals welcome!** This townhome is adjacent to the Health Park Medical Center. Contact for any questions. 90 day minimum
