Welcome to our charming lakefront home, The Northshore Retreat! This stunning location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and recreation, providing an unforgettable experience on Lake Hamilton. The Northshore Retreat is a newly renovated, 3 bedroom property with large common areas and the house will accommodate up to 14 guests. The keynote feature of this property is the backyard and the large multi-level deck that will allow everyone to congregate while they sip and relax or play out in the sun. There are multiple seating areas, Adirondack chairs, sun bathers, a gas fire pit, a large gas BBQ grill, paddle boards, kayaks & life jackets are all provided. Please take advantage of the covered boat dock as well and bring or rent a boat while you are staying with us.

As you walk through the front door of the property you will enter the living room with the two comfortable leather couches with a large flat screen tv. The kitchen is adjoined by the dining room area and the dining room table has enough room for 8 people. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all your cooking needs. There is a full bathroom off the dining room as well as the queen sized bedroom.

The king bedroom, bunkroom and common area with sleeping accommodations are all upstairs. The common area has a large TV, mini fridge, air hockey table, inside basketball game, and a sliding glass door that leads to the small second story balcony. A full sized bathroom is also upstairs and there are plenty of beds for everyone.

This property comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards along with life jackets that are available when you rent

Notes - Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. This may effect the water level at this property and the ability to use the dock, fish and/or swim.
