Located within a gated community, you are centrally located to International Drive, the Celebration Town Center and Posner Mall. Whether you need to stock up on groceries, plan to visit the parks or are setting your eyes on some sightseeing and shopping, our home is close to it all.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Downstairs there is (1) bedroom with a bathroom and (1) half bathroom. Upstairs there are (3) bedrooms and (2) full bathrooms - one full bathroom is connected to the master bedroom.



Facilities: TheTuscan Hills Amenities include a central clubhouse as you enter the community with a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area to amuse the children.



Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles away .



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway - absolutely no parking is allowed on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Tuscan Hills is a beautiful community greeting you with water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and small playground.



If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Championsgate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others. Regardless of your interests, Tuscan Hills promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.



Getting Around:

Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card using our third-party system prior to your arrival. Please note that this is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and it will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, therefore we do not replenish supplies during your stay.
