About this property
Piney House at The Retreat at Sunset Bluff
BLUFF-SIDE BEAUTY!
Piney House is located within The Retreat at Sunset Bluff. Please understand that while Piney House is complete and production-free, construction is still ongoing in the area.
Reconnect with nature among the trees and soil of the South Cumberland Plateau, where the mountain meets the sky, and the stars are not dimmed by city lights. At Piney House, recreational activities are your daily escape, and sharing a campfire meal is more than just food for the body—it feeds the mind and soul.
For a comfortable, tiny home-style glamping experience, amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, sleeping arrangements in the master bedroom and loft, and a cozy, bluff-side firepit area just steps from the deck.
Drink in breathtaking bluff views from sunrise to sunset without ever leaving this private property, but for an extra dose of adventure just outside the community, you can kindle your inner explorer by visiting local attractions such as Fiery Gizzard, Foster Falls, Mountain Goat Trail, Denny Cove, South Cumberland State Park, University of the South at Sewanee, The Caverns, and so much more, all within a 15-minute drive or less.
If magic exists, it’s here on a fair-weather night, but rain or shine, there is no lack of adventure or special moments here at Piney House!
Our Retreat tiny home communities are gated and equipped with pavilions, fire pits, hiking trails, playgrounds, and spectacular views against a camp-like setting. There are tons to do and places to visit in the area including Fiery Gizzard, Mountain Goat Trail, Foster Falls, South Cumberland State Park, The Caverns, and University of the South at Sewanee, and so much more!
