Disfrute de la paz y tranquilidad después de la magia de Disney!

Imagínese despertar con su propia piscina privada en el patio trasero y cielos azules para saludar a usted cuando usted sale a la cubierta con su café de la mañana. Esto podría ser tuyo cuando usted hace suya nuestra casa para sus vacaciones.

Nuestra casa de 4 dormitorios cuenta con todas las comodidades de un verdadero hogar. Basta con mirar las fotos! Hemos añadido una sala de juegos para los días en que la piscina es demasiado y vigilado gratuito Wi-Fi sólo para que pueda mantenerse en contacto con la familia de vuelta a casa y decirles lo bien que está teniendo.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y baño en suite con doble lavabo, ducha y bañera separada. El segundo principal tiene cama de matrimonio, más el baño, también. Dos habitaciones dobles comparten el tercer cuarto de baño - echa un vistazo a la sala de mickey para los niños! Hemos tratado de pensar en todo en la cocina para que pueda quedarse en casa y cocinar si está agotado de todas las visitas al parque. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y hay televisores en el salón y dos master suites. Hay una caja fuerte para sus objetos de valor y un sistema de seguridad para su protección.

La piscina mirando hacia el oeste es totalmente privado con una valla en cada lado y una pared en la parte trasera. Hemos añadido algunas plantas tropicales, incluyendo árboles frutales, para sentir un "jardín". La terraza cubierta ofrece refugio y el ventilador de techo da un respiro en los días más cálidos ''.

Colinas es una tranquila zona residencial situado cerca de las atracciones, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que te conceda la paz y la tranquilidad. Es una subdivisión bien desarrollado que está bien cuidado, como es la propia casa. Vivimos aquí en la Florida y queremos que vengas y disfrutes lo que tenemos la oportunidad de disfrutar de todos los días.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in deze accomodatie. En het contact met de eigenaar verliep echt super. Hij reageerde snel op al onze vragen. We hadden in de advertentie al gelezen dat het huis wat gedateerd was, dat klopt ook wel. Maar ach, we leven buiten en daar was het echt prima. Veel ruimte en een heerlijk zwembad. Dit had wel iets warmer gemogen met de poolheat aan. Binnen kom je toch alleen maar om te slapen! Daar hebben we ons dus niet aan gestoord. Wij vonden het jammer dat er geen barbecue aanwezig was, maar uiteindelijk hebben we deze niet eens gemist. Al met al een prima accommodatie voor een gezin!

OK but need more pre-check in info

House, property and location was beautiful . However we should have been told before booking that only the first day basics are supplied. 1 roll of paper towels, no Kleenex, no coffee filters, no garbage bag replacements and only 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom) for 9 days was not enough. Oh, and only soap was tiny “cheap hotel” packages. When asked the host said that was normal as guests usually preferred to bring or buy their own. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. Otherwise host was responsive and polite and the pool/patio area lovely.

Nice House convenient to things we were doing

This house is nice, well equipped with everything we needed. It could use some upgrades in some areas and could be cleaned better. I only had to communicate once with the owner and my needs were addressed right away. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had no issues. The beds in the mini (disney) room were very uncomfortable, just a quick note if you have an adult sleep there.

Comfortable accommodation close to Disney Parks

Lovely house situated in quiet area but within easy driving distance of all Disney Parks. Close to a number of restaurants and local supermarkets. Spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms for our family of five. Private pool was a hit with our boys and a wonderful way to relax after a busy park day. Pool table in garage was also a welcome activity to keep our boys occupied. Very minor suggestions for host would include perhaps upgrading the dining furniture, two of the chairs were broken on arrival and whilst having the washer/dryer facilities was excellent I could not find a means to hanging the clothes out to air dry in the wonderful Florida sunshine (but perhaps I did not look hard enough.)

Disappointing

The checkin process was simple. When we got there the trash bin that needs to be taken to the road was completely overflowing with so many flies and caused a terrible smell any time we went to use our vehicle no matter if we moved it. When checking out the property we went to the pool and there was trash and left over pool noodles still in the pool. The screen was damaged which we believe allowed a snake to enter who was also in the pool. The 3rd bathroom tub was never unplugged and had water in it. When using the dishes we noticed a lot of them (cups, bowls, pans and silverware) were still dirty. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, my children tried to sleep in the Mickey room but the beds were all springs with no supports, the second room with twin beds had frames that would hit the wall with any movement. The secondary master bed made so much noise I couldn’t sleep in it due to being a light sleeper and the primary was taken by my parents. I tried to contact the property manager who was initially responsive and came to the property to clean up the pool but all other issues were not addressed. I tried to contact the property manager again to see where I was supposed to put our garbage from our week stay but never answered. The owner refunded us the $100 cleaning fee but in my opinion the amount we paid even with that was too much for all of the issues we had. I understand not all are the owners fault however it seems unacceptable to have so many cleanliness issues & inadequate beds

Perfect villa

The perfect location for parks and amenities. The villa has a great layout, at no point did any of us feel on top of each other during our two week stay. Quick and easy communication with the host, which was greatly appreciated. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed every minute of staying here :-)

The property was exactly as advertised and worked great for our trip. We had one maintenance issue that the owner was extremely quick in responding to and addressing even though the first message was sent at 5 AM. Communication was spectacular.

Florida Fun in the Sun

The owner, Coen, was very responsive to any questions both before and during our month long stay. The home has two large spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are more suited for kids with the twin beds. The place was as shown on VRBO and was pretty well equiped for cooking your own meals. The location is close to the Disney theme parks, outlet shopping and restaurants.

Cute little place

Loved the place and it served its purpose. I was not in love with how sticky floors were and not the cleanest place. I told the manager and he said he would let the cleanign people know. Its my first time at vrbo so i didnt know to bring tp but will know next time. I would recommend this place as long as manager gets after the cleaning crew.

Relaxing week near Disney!

My husband booked this small home near Disney for a week’s vacation to close ourselves away from the world since we both work long hours at our jobs. Upon booking it was very easy, the owner communicates very well with you. So, we were super excited. We didn’t arrive until a little after 5 pm the day of check-in because according to their policy “no early check-ins are acceptable before 4 pm.” So that was acceptable. When we arrived the door has a lock on the side of the front door area which is very accessible to get to and unlock the front door. Upon walking into the home, it was very nice, three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at least we thought but we were rather surprised because there is a room near the front door we seem to have overlooked which is a full bedroom with a full bathroom, so don’t overlook it as we did. The home seems to be in a rather good shape. The pool is a little green around the wall, you can smell chlorine, so we know it has been treated, however, we were informed by the owner in the welcome email that the pool maintenance was scheduled to come on Tuesday but never did. The home does need an outdoor grill because being by the pool does offer a bit of touch, just a suggestion! The lawn maintenance did come on Tuesday early in the morning and did an excellent job on the lawn. There are some signs around the home to give you guidance about door locks, A/C temps, and TV, however, are helpful especially when you are not from here. There are fans in each room, however, I would suggest to the owner to please consider lowering the temperature setting to be a little lower than 72 degrees because our daughter has seizures and she must stay cool..it was cool in the evening, but when the heat of the day around 12 to 3 pm seems to be a bit warm in the house. You have a beautiful home, and it was a pleasure staying we appreciate you allowing us to stay. The home does offer a Disney theme for the kids which is very nice! Overall, it is a beautiful home and very big and quiet. The neighborhood is great, and I would say that I would recommend this place, especially if you have children because there are plenty of things to do for kids here. The garage is a children’s/adult game room, and it is super cool!
