Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
➡️ Leave the house reasonably tidy, as you found it. ➡️ Wash and put away any used dishes or start the dishwasher. ➡️ Place all used towels (bath and pool) in the laundry room.
➡️ Take out the trash & place it in the designated outside bins ➡️ Clean the bbq grill if you used it ➡️ Double-check all areas, including the safes, to make sure no personal items are left
➡️ Leave the gate remote control on the kitchen island ➡️ Close all windows ➡️ Turn off lights, AC units, & fans ➡️ Activate the alarm system before leaving ➡️ Close the main entry door and house gate

Great house!! The hill to the house is challenging especially trying to get out of the drive way. We had a mini van (group of 8) and it wasn’t easy. You manually need to turn on the A/C. it does get hot in the rooms at night. Bring your own soap and laundry detergent you get enough 2 days. The kitchen is NOT well equipped with supplies/ storage containers. Owner was responsive when I contacted him on a few items.

Would Highly recommend this property. But beware the road is steep to get to but the home & views are worth it. Keep in mind there is Not a TV on the property so if you watch tv in the evening be ready to use the laptop/tablet. Location is perfect 5 min to the beach & 10 min. to Jaco. Photos dont do it justice. This home will exceed your expectations. Look forward to the next visit.
