The property manager, Wilbur and his team were great. They helped us with excursions, transportation and even home cooked meals. They truly helped make our vacation experience phenomenal.

Wilber, Abril, Orlando, Juan - every single person we interacted with was totally wonderful, responsive, helpful. The house is absolutely amazing and the staff is super kind. There were some minor temporary issues with water and wifi but they resolved quickly. I'd recommend adding more basic amenities to the kitchen like dishtowels - but these are all small things. Overall the house was absolutely fantastic and my whole family (with 2 small kids) had a great experience.

Beach front house and pool

Two families (9 people) stayed in this beautiful house with a great pool right on Hermosa beach. Julie our host was able to recommend and arrange some great excursions, Most groceries are close by or Jaco is a short car ride away. Also some very nice restaurants a short beach walk away. Great vacation.

Magical stay in paradise

The house was amazing and the hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and do. We had an amazing time just hanging out in the pool, wandering the beach and playing ping pong in the game room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Amazing place for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Between the beach outside the fence and the pool( which had a shallow area for our 2 younger grandchildren), there was always something to do. And the neighborhood offered several choices for great local cuisine!

We were a party of 12. From age 5-74. It was our 50th anniversary. We had a lot of room. The kids loved the play room. The adults loved having 8bathrooms. The pool was so nice and the beach was right there to enjoy. The property managers were so helpful too. They were fast to respond to every request. From more water to finding a waffle maker. If you are thinking of going to Jacó area stay here.

Absolutely gorgeous.

Close enough to come and go to other activities and places, yet secluded enough for privacy and comfort. Stayed 3 days, but if had planned more activities in the Central Pacific, would have stayed longer and used this as our home base.

Hermosa Beach review

We stayed with a group of 13 for a bachelor party. Julie, Wilbert, and Juan were very helpful and promptly fixed every issue that we had. They helped arrange new tables for us, massages, converted money for us, and provided cleaning services during our stay. They also offer great tours services that we will take advantage of next time.

Amazing property and Host

The house is better than it looks in picture (it’s awesome). Located in the best area of town with restaurants and beach bars walking distance. Surfers catching waves right outside. Our host was extremely helpful and set up many of our activities. Thank you again

Thirteen (13) of us ... six adults and seven children, ages 1 to 73. We did not even use the detached cottage (which could have slept 4 more if necessary). The home is adjacent to a small hotel - and the staff of the hotel provide service for any need you might have for your stay. They are extremely responsive to any request/need you might have. When not on an excursion (ziplining, cliff-jumping at waterfalls, mangrove monkey tour, boogie-boarding in Jaco, getting massages) we hung out at the pool - until about 45 minutes before sundown EVERY day, when you have the most gorgeous sunset on the beach. The surf at the time of our stay, was too large to venture into the water (7-12 feet high) directly in front of the house. Beautiful to see! Had a 6 minute drive into downtown Jaco so the teens could boogie-board on 4-6 foot surf. There are several general stores very convenient to the home - that seem to have everything you might need. Pretty amazing.All-in-all, we'd do this trip again. And stay here again!

Great property on the beach

This property was extremely comfortable for our group. The rooms are spacious, the house is well laid out and clean. The pool area is very nice with a BBQ and large buffet style table. the beach is just behind the house with beautiful views and sounds at all times. The house is adjacent to a sister property that is a small hotel and the amenities/services extend to this property. The host was available and helpful. would stay here again

50th Birthday

I had an AMAZING time in Costa Rica... Julie is wonderful and very helpful. She was on POINT with our excursions, she told us where everything was located. The pool guy came over everyday to clean out the pool. The front desk lady was very friendly, the entire staff actually. We talked about going back we enjoyed it so much.

Amazing place!

Location of this property could not be beat and the ocean view is unbelievable. Several restaurants and small shops within walking distance and easy to get to Jaco. But what sets this house apart from any place we have stayed is the staff and customer service. Willie and Juan and the rest of the staff provide a level of service we have never seen. They were there to set up excursions, provide transportation, so many recommendations that turned out to be spot on. Not to mention they are just wonderful men that we simply enjoyed to be around. We loved every minute of our vacation and so much of it had to do with how great Willie and Juan are. We could not recommend this house enough!

Holiday in Costa Rica

The house & Costa Rica were a perfect match for our family of 13. We had a few problems that were quickly resolved. The help with special excursions were exceptional. The two catered dinners were a highlight for the entire family. The rainforest on one side & the gorgeous ocean on the other was great. We would return & recommend this home. Thank you.

Awesome beach house

An awesome house right on the beach. Awesome sunset views on the second floor is a perfect way to end the day. The beautiful black sand beach is right outside the back gate and awesome beach bars and restaurants are just a short walk away. You can go in the water but I don't suggest going in too deep due to extremely dangerous rip tide (warnings posted at actual beach entrance). The owners are easily contacted and live close by so they are around for any questions or help. Can't wait to go back!
