Home is as described, older but well maintained and in fantastic location being just a few blocks from public beach access. Had a couple issues while we were there but Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Great vacation home!

This was our third time staying in this home. There is plenty of room for hanging out. This home is on a quiet street and the beach is only a short walk away. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is perfect for our family.

Comfortable & relaxing stay!

My husband, son, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, & clean home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was graciously accommodating with our check in plans! We loved having a private pool and a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Great location and experience

We had a great time staying here. Steve was friendly and quick to respond with questions. The location is fantastic; it was a quick 4-5 minute walk to the beach, and the access had plenty of convenient parking. The neighborhood was quiet. Having a private pool at the house was nice to have for evening swims after being at the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, comfy, and close to the beach!

Comfortable and clean home with just a short walk to a pristine beach! The home had all that we needed for our 7 night stay. The area was very busy during the week we stayed (first week of April). Bike rental was worth it! Traffic could be bad getting out of the 30a area and groceries were pricey in the area. Overall a gorgeous area and the home itself was certainly a bargain compared to all the other surrounding properties!

Excellent!

This house is perfect for our family. Having three bathrooms is a plus. The walk to the, not overly crowded, beach is under 10 minutes! We had a minor mishap and Steve was caring and kind. He is prompt to respond to questions and concerns. This was our second visit to this house and will stay again.

Great location

The house is a great location and the pool is nice. There was an ant problem in the kitchen and around the pool. The table chairs are too tall you can't get your legs under the table. The shower head in the master bedroom needs replaced.

Beach birthday trip

This is a beautiful home with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and seeing the other beautiful homes too! The beach house is spacious and comfortable. There are pantry items and plenty of pots and pans etc… The swimming pool was nice and sparkly clean when we arrived. There were plenty of floats, toys and things in the outdoor storage room. I had a couple of questions during our stay and the property owner was quick to respond and very kind. I hope to rent this home again in the future.

PERFECT Beach Home!

We were a group of six adults, so three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was a must for us. The living spaces are large and comfortable. We were able to set up puzzles/games on one end of the large dining table and still eat at the other end. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Love that the icemaker works! The beds were comfortable with ample closet space in each bedroom. It was too warm to enjoy the screen porch but I would have had it not been July! The pool is the perfect size for vacationing. We enjoyed the floats and noodles that were there for us to use. I often walked to the beach which is truly a short jaunt. Steve is beyond amazing with communication. Our group hopes to book this home again!

Great house for quiet family vacation!

Just leaving from a weeks stay in this nice family friendly home. Three bedrooms/three baths/pullout couches accommodated our family of 8 very well. The screened in side porch was a nice place for our granddaughter to play in the morning when others were still sleeping. The front porch was the perfect spot to sit and socialize or read. The kitchen, dining room and living room provide a open and roomy area for the entire family. The pool is small but a perfect place for an afternoon nap on a float or playtime with the kids when your tired of sand. The house is a quick 7 minute walk to the beautiful white beach. We rented bikes from 30A Bikes and loved our daily rides to the coffee shop or donut truck. The Seacrest Beach community is quiet and family friendly. The owners were great to work with and just a phone call away if we needed anything. If your looking for a good value for the dollar this is just that. We will be back soon! Thanks for everything!

not quite accurate

From the beginning check in and communication was great. Once we arrived to the home we have kids so of course they wanted to check out the pool. Once outside, the pool had a very dingy yellow color and there was dirt all on the bottom of pool. (i have pics and video to verify this before and after i cleaned it) I had to spend the whole evening of june 20th cleaning the pool and getting it ready to swim in. ( i hope who arrived on june 24th enjoys the clear pool water we left them.) The owner did send me $100 back for that day but it shouldve never been allowed to look that way for arrival. There is only one way to access the pool from the home and that is from the master bedroom only, so anyone wanting to swim will have to either go through that room each time or go all the way around the outside of the home, which is very frustrating for members of your family who may go to bed earlier or may be asleep earlier than others. The back pool area was not clean at all, leaves and ants everywhere. And the old useless brokedown hottub in the back with standing water inside it and on top of it was very nasty, not to mention mosquitos everywhere around it. Inside the home was good not great. The wifi is horrible if youre wanting to stream multiple devices at once or your kids play a video game at night while winding down. Most of the bar stools are wobbly and were very sketchy to sit on, while the big table was nice, the chairs for it are so high you cant get your legs under it if youre a tall person like myself. The home is in a good neighborhood, but if you have a older mom or grandmother with you or someone with bad knees the beach access is horrible, no flat entry ways, its all steps down from the top of road to beach area. I just wanted to touch on some things that noone else was mentioning in the reviews that may help others decide on this home or not. The homeowner was very quick to respond to issues that arose. Peaceful

The house is set up perfect with three bedrooms and three bathrooms for each bedroom. We really enjoyed our time hanging out by the pool and on the screened in porch. Host was wonderful to communicate with. Can’t say enough good things about the property!

Wonderful space close to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place! It was a short walk to the beach, in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, and we really enjoyed the private pool in the backyard. Steve was really communicative and we appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out. Would love to stay again.

Perfect location

First, the location is absolutely perfect. This stretch of 30A is less crowded than others we've stayed in previously. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, the walk to the beach was easy (even with three children). The private pool was clean and a nice size. The host was easy to reach when I had questions, and always very prompt in replying. We loved the front porch and the spacious living area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as dishes/cooking utensils go. We did have to purchase bowls for cereal/ice cream because I couldn't find that size bowl in the cabinets. The property felt like it could use a little TLC - small things like leaky faucets, squeaky beds, a makeshift lock on a door. We weren't able to use most of the bedroom dresser drawers because the owners had personal items stored there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great House at the Beach

Our stay at this beach house was great. The house was clean and very comfortable for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and it was so great to have 3 bathrooms. The host had great communication. He checked in to make sure everything was good with the home during our stay. Short walk to the beach. There was public entry across the street from the entrance to neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property.

My family and I came down for 2 weeks to Steve's property. Check in went great. The home was nice an clean. Good neighbors. Close distance to the beach just a few minute walk. The pool service was good stayed clean during our stay. Everything we could have needed was already there, kitchen appliances ext.. We enjoyed our stay an highly recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. The house was amazing the pool was plenty big enough for our family. The neighborhood is great for biking or walking.Communication with the owner was excellent..

I am a respresentative in a service organization and have always loved the beach. We have been looking for a place along 30A for the past few years. We have had a place in Panama City Beach for 25 years but found ourselves always spending our time along 30A. We thus decided to purchase a home there.

We bought this home to provide a place for our family to enjoy the amazing beach and other activities along 30A. Of course, while not using it ourselves, we wanted to share with others and help pay related bills.

The home is really nice, not a mere place to stay while at the beach but rather a home that is nice enough to actually live in full time, which I plan do do after retirement. It is a short walk to the beach and allows easy access to golf, tennis, fresh and saltwater fishing, as well as everything that happens along 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
