**Please be advised that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator**
★ Enjoy a comfy experience at this centrally-located apartment within walking distance to the Loop. Enjoy concerts at the Pageant just minutes away or indulge in all the great cuisines St. Louis has to offer in the Loop. This place is great for a quick getaway or a mid term stay since it is less than 10 mins way from Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University!
★ So Ideal for Travel nurses!
★ Shuttle and bus that goes to WashU & Barnes Jewish Hospital (BJC)
★ Bus stop nearby the building.

★ When you enter the unit you will walk right into the cozy living room. It has a comfy couch and a large smart TV with Roku. You can sit back and relax after a long day of exploring St. Louis and log into any of your preferred streaming services.
★ There is a spacious and sun filled office to the right of the living room. It gets plenty of beautiful natural light and is a great space to work from home.
★ From the living room you walk into the renovated kitchen. It comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove. There is a dining table in there perfect for 4 people to enjoy a meal together. Enjoy the complimentary coffee with 3 different varieties of coffee for the caffeine lovers. But let's be real you're not here to cook especially when some of St. Louis' best restaurants are within walking distance in the Loop!
★ Enjoy sleeping in on comfortable mattresses and soft sheets in the bedrooms with blackout curtains. The larger bedroom has a king size bed and the smaller bedroom has a queen.
★ The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of hot water for your morning showers after a long night exploring St. Louis.
