Cabin winter rental in Raquette
Winter rental only! DECEMBER 1 - APRIL 1. Price: $11,000 excl heat and electric.
GENEROUS LAKE REVIEWS. Fully renovated cabin. Spray foam insulated, Rinnai heaters and on demand hot water. Adirondack style open floor plan, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, knotty pine. 2bdr (Queen), 1 bath (clawfoot tub), and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom also has futon and bunk bed. Ideally, the cabin would be rented together with the main house (which has a heated garage and laundry room).
Renter pays for heating oil and electric. Owner pays for water, gas and internet. No smoking. No pets.
