Eagles are a common sight with two nests located only a few hundred yards from the cabins.

Breathtaking sunrises and the rising of the moon can be viewed right off your deck. Take a moonlight cruise and watch the stars. Enjoy fishing for bass, northern pike, blue gills, crappies, walleyes, and muskie.

You can canoe, or float on a tube/raft right outside your door. The deck beckons you to sit for a moment and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the lake and its surroundings.

White water rafting on the nearby Peshtigo River is a favorite summer time activity.

A popular golf course(Hunter's Glen) is located only three miles from the cabins and there are three others within a ten mile radius.

The cabins are equipped with one HD DVR receiver (Direct TV) which can be viewed on a new flat screen TV in living area and master bedroom. The all bedrooms have a queen size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.

In the master bedroom of Eagle's Nest, there is a connecting door to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Both cabins have a great view of the lake.

Eagles Nest has had additional cupboards added and a new counter top.

Loon Lodge has had a furniture update. In addition to this, the bathroom has been updated with new flooring and wallboard. The kitchen area has had an additional cupboard added as well as a new counter top. We have installed a new furnace and air conditioner. There is also new siding.

Each cabin has its own dock. Each cabin has a charcoal grill and patio furniture for your dinning pleasure. There are fans as well as a small air conditioner in each cabin.

Picture you and a loved one sitting on your deck or on the bench on the dock with a drink in your hand watching the moon rise over the lake

It is entertaining to watch the Crivitz Ski Cats Waterski Club that performs every Wednesday and Saturday at Lake Noquebay Park.

Don't forget that fall is a beautiful time of year to be on the lake. The colors are spectacular and the waterfowl is abundant.

Spring is a great time for the fisherman in your family to come and enjoy the lake. Whether you like to fish for bluegills, muskie, or walleye , this lake provides many spots for you to try your luck.

Ask about availability of renting a pontoon, kayak or motor.

About Jackie or Jack

We are retired teachers who love the lake and water activities.

Jackie or Jack purchased this cabin in 1996

Why Jackie or Jack chose Crivitz

We came to Crivitz to teach school over forty years ago. Our boys love to hunt, fish and ski. Finding a place on the lake gave us a perfect opportunity to do the things we love.

What makes this cabin unique

Enjoying the beauty of nature, viewing the wildlife, and the recreation of fishing, hunting and skiing on the lake are some of the unique benefits you will experience on your visit .

Great Getaway Vacation

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in this log cabin in July. Everything you need is there and the sunrise is amazing. Our dogs really enjoyed the swimming just feet from the cabin. We took rides in the evening to look for wildlife and the deer were everywhere. Owners are really nice and live on the property so if you need anything they are a short walk away. Really Enjoyed It.

Would go back and stay again!

  • 4 of 5

Nicely furnished and clean cabin only a few feet from the Lake. The owners are quick to respond and as involved as you want them to be. The closet town is Crivitz which is perfect if your looking for a small town atmosphere but larger cities are nearby. There are a lot of things to do or just sit back in a lounge chair or at your umbrella covered table and relax while grilling out enjoying a campfire in the large shared fire pit. Lot's of wildlife seen on the trips into town or watch the eagles sore over the lake fishing. Everything you could possibly want or need for a "Wisconsin Up North" experience. Thanks Jack and Jackie!

Fabulous location

  • 5 of 5

Jack and Jackie have a neat little property and were lovely hosts. We stayed in Loon Lodge, and it was very comfortable for two adults and two kids. They had everything we could have needed, and were very helpful with suggestions for the area. The beach area was really nice, sandy bottom with clear water. We did a lot of swimming and tubing right off the shore, as well as paddle boarding and kayaking (we brought our own, but you can rent a kayak, and there is a paddle boat available for use). The lake was relatively quiet, not a lot of boat traffic. We did get to watch some people practicing water-skiing which was neat. Wednesdays the water-ski club practices and you can go to a nearby public beach and watch (we did not as it was cancelled due to wind). We were able to fish off of the dock (catch and release) and the kids were thrilled, they were catching fish faster than we could get worms on the hooks. The cabin is really close to a lot of neat little antique stores and there is no shortage of parks to explore. There is also an eagle that was flying around, really neat to watch. There is also an awesome charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal and such), and a giant fire pit with wood available.

I would stay with Jack and Jackie again in a heartbeat, and we plan on going back next year. I highly recommend this place.
