Beautiful cottage nestled in the woods. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This location is ideal for those looking for a base camp for hiking, biking and access to the areas vast network of ATV and snowmobile trails.
Other things to note
This property is minutes away from High Falls, Caldron and Johnson flowages and other fishing, swimming and boating lakes. You will be nestled in acres of forest with a driveway access to hundreds of miles of ATV/UTV/snowmobile trails, The cabin is a great place to stay year round.
If you are looking for relaxation, you can spend your time enjoying a campfire in the fire pit, roasting smores ro sitting on the patio looking out at, and listening to the birds and wildlife that you are sure to encounter. The firepit has plenty of chairs for seating along with the firewood that is provided for your campfire enjoyment. A gas grill is available with propane and grilling tools.

Perfect place by the UTV trails

The house was very clean and inviting. Location is great for UTV trails. I did not notice that the house did not have air conditioning, but there were fans in each room and, surprisingly in this heat spell, the house was relatively cool. We would stay here again if we are in the neighborhood.

Thought it would be a good option and it was better than expected. Clean, comfortable, roomy, and clear/simple rules. The listing didn't mention AC, but there were window AC units in the bedrooms, which was a nice surprise. Definitely would stay again.
