Gorgeous 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath Home with Heated Pool!

Welcome to Harborage House! This recently remodeled 5BR/4BA, 2,700 square foot, single-story sanctuary is bright and spacious with room to entertain. Or simply relax under the covered patio and cool off in the huge (heated) pool with a diving board. Located in a quiet, established neighborhood on Tucson's Eastside along Old Spanish Trail, with shopping centers less than a mile away. Be sure to enjoy the many nearby hiking, biking and walking trails that all have those beautiful mountain views!

*Our POOL can be heated from October-April. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your check-in date if you would like the pool heated during your stay.*

- This is a quiet neighborhood, so NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE are permitted. Limit of 12 people at any given time without permission before arrival. Locals - please contact us before booking.

- QUIET TIME is from 10pm to 8am.

- No smoking. A $280 fee will apply if there is a smell or trace of smoking.

- Pets allowed upon request.

Guest access: The entire house is yours to enjoy!

Wonderful vacation house

We traveled to Tucson for a week to visit family and this home provided a clean, spacious, and relaxing environment for us. We cooked, swam, and watched movies together. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

Perfect family vacation

We stayed here for a week with our large family. We can for a family reunion and this was the perfect location. The host was a fast and easy commutator. The house was beautiful, clean and updated. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Tuscon!

Great Stay in Tucson

A group of middle to elderly men came to Tucson on a golf trip and rented this property. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable for us. It was very clean by any standard, the furniture was comfortable, and the pool was amazing. If we come back to Tucson for any reason, the first thing we'll do us check on the availability of this property

Fun and relaxing family visit!

The house was great! Plenty of room for everyone - very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with plenty of everything needed for cooking and feeding eight people, plus coffee and disposable items if needed! The pool was awesome - it was heated and ready for swimming in December. The kids had a ball! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

This home was our base for exploring SE AZ. Four active seniors all loved this space. Everything was wonderful and we would have no criticism! Loved that we had a garage and the pool was great! The place was very well equipped, one of the few times when the kitchen had whatever we needed as compared with other VRBOs. Quality throughout.Also, lots of outdoor space if you wanted to bring Cornhole or other such games. We loved our time here and would eagerly return. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home and pool

Truly enjoyed the home! The kitchen was stocked with every gadget plus more including spices and a bar cart. The home was bright, plenty of seating, bedrooms and bathrooms and a large pool with plenty of outdoor space. Check in process was very easy, instructions and home were easy to follow and quick response from owners prior to our arrival. We had no issues and will stay here again when traveling to Tucson!

Tucson Golf Week

Great place for a multi-generation family get together

We all met in Tucson to watch our grandson play college baseball. We had 11 in our group ages 73 to 2 years old. Every family had their own space and bathroom. The pool was wonderful and the parents of the youngest ones appreciated the safety of the fence around the pool. We all enjoyed the space. This home has all the amenities. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and pool towels. We hope to stay here again next year!

This property was perfect for our families needs. We had four generations under one roof for a week, and everybody absolutely loved it. My dad enjoyed his private room/bath off to one side of the house while the other three generations stayed in the four rooms on the other side of the house. The Littles were close to their parents and the singles had rooms to themselves. And each family unit had their own bathroom. The kitchen easily accommodated seven of us for all meals, plus my son and girlfriend, (who were local) joined us for dinner every night. There was plenty of room at the large dining table. Our days were spent playing the pool, and our evenings were spent playing games around the table. The caretakers were kind and very responsive. All of our needs were met. If I had an occasion to return to Arizona, I would definitely rent this house again. Highly recommend.

Nicely Renovated House with Big Pool

The house layout and design of the house was great since a recent renovation. The only disappointment is the outside, which doesn't have comfortable or many options for sitting by such a spacious pool. The outside is a bit worn down, the kid's playset outside was in bad shape, and the grounds were rough. Great value for a stay with the family with a decent amount of space to stretch out. It's located in an area that requires a drive (20-30) to dining and sights. A shorter drive to the National Forrest is worthwhile.

We chose this well-established neighborhood because it felt quiet and secluded while still being close to all of the necessities!

What makes this property unique

My wife and I purchased and completely renovated this house in 2020/2021, intending for it to be a 'forever' home for our growing family. As a result, it does not feel like your average vacation rental, but a sanctuary where you can truly kick-back and unwind. This house is also quite large for the area, making it ideal for larger families or group gatherings and retreats. After my career path took our family out of Tucson, we could not bear the thought of selling this house, so we decided to share it as hosts!
