Welcome to the Red Rock Roost, a spacious and pet-friendly 3-bedroom townhome with a loft and 2.5 bathrooms, ideally situated just 6 minutes from downtown Moab. Whether you're exploring the outdoors or enjoying the town, this fully-modern and meticulously maintained property ensures a comfortable and convenient stay.

Red Rock Roost boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy gas fireplace, a dining room, and an enclosed patio complete with a gas grill. Located within the Rim Village Vista development, this residence offers a serene atmosphere with adobe-style townhomes set amidst beautifully landscaped grounds. The community amenities include a heated pool (available from late March to late October), year-round hot tubs, a tennis court, and a playground.

For your convenience, the property provides a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, along with ample off-street parking for trailers and other vehicles.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

The house was fabulous, clean, well stocked, pet friendly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The area is so beautiful, people are very friendly, the food was amazing, Sunset grill was had such a view and delicious food,so many activities and things to do. Was impressed with the layout, loved the enclosed patio and for the most part it was quiet. Several OHV goung and coming at the start and end of the day but was tolerable. Was surprised it was 6 miles from the center of town, but we adjusted.

This was a lovely space, enough room to send kids upstairs and have parenta in downstairs master. Walking distance from the pool which wad great, we took full advantage. Definitely worth the price.

We enjoyed our time at the Red Rocks Roost. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. We loved getting to bring our fur baby too! The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for our family of six! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, very clean, and well equipped kitchen with coffee maker. We loved the location and being in walking distance of the pool and hot tub. Star viewing from the patio was amazing. Saw so many shooting stars during the tail end of the meteor shower. Host was attentive and check in and check out were easy. Loved the 11:00 AM check out as most places are now 10:00 AM. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful vacation home in Moab

We were impressed with the efficiency of the staff as well as the home itself. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pools were the perfect mid day activity for the kids during the hottest parts of the day. We will be renting here again on our next trip!

Perfect place for us!

Communication was great prior to booking and during our stay. The property manager seemed very invested in making sure we had a great stay. The main floor master bedroom with walk-in shower was great for our elderly parents who traveled with us. The king bed and twin beds upstairs were perfect for our family with two kids. The gated patio with lots of grass around the complex made it perfect for dogs. The place was very clean and comfortable and was only 6 minutes from town. We would definitely stay here again.

Aside from a door lock that wasn't working on one of the bathrooms (which they offered to fix right away), everything was in good working order and clean, and there was a good selection of items in the kitchen for cooking. Comfy beds, cute patio, and great having a pool area to keep the kids occupied. While my youngest is just old enough for me to not need a baby gate, there was not one and it's a perfectly straight, long staircase leading to the second floor. Would recommend bringing a pressure gate/arranging something with the owner if you have toddlers who are a fall risk.
