This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

Master bedroom, king size bed. Second bedroom, queen bed. Third bedroom, two twin beds. Living room couch is equipped with a Queen pull-out sleeper for two. Wireless Internet access available. There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway.

About Rick Lamb

We have been residents of Moab, and Castle Valley, Utah, for nearly 30 years. Rick is a broker at Moab Realty, and Martha is a reading teacher at the elementary school. We realized what a great property Rim Village was when it was being developed and watched our condo as it was being built - being able to choose the unit with, what we think, is the best location and orientation in the development. We have, ourselves, lived winters in our condo when our daughters were in high school, saving them from having to drive the River Road to Castle Valley for all their activities. So we love the homey feel of our condo, and are certain you will, too!

Why Rick Lamb chose Utah

Moab is an adventure vacation destination, with 2 National Parks, and a Utah State Park: Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park; the Colorado River for rafting and kayaking, Slickrock Bike trail and other mountain biking trails, endless hiking and exploring opportunities, and about any extreme sport you'd dare to try. But what we like best about Moab is its laid-back, small town, friendly atmosphere; its mild climate (excluding the very hot month of July); its endless vistas and awesome scenery from just about any point in the area; and the fact that so many fascinating people have come to visit, or come to stay and make Moab their home.

What makes this townhome unique

For us, the convenience of its proximity to Moab has been most important -- since our home is in Castle Valley, 20 miles away. Staying in our condo, one of the most enjoyable aspects is its location within the development; it is on the southeast boundary of Rim Village with wide open views across the neighbors alfalfa field to the Moab Rim, and East to the view of the La Sal Mountains. It is far from Highway 191 so we don't get the sound of trucks on the highway, as perhaps other locations in Rim Village Vistas do. We have really enjoyed the pool and its hot tub..

Great property

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as-advertised, and Rick was excellent to work with. The Rim Village neighborhood is nice and, despite being busy for Jeep Safari week, it was exquisitely quiet. The view is every bit as good as it looks in the photos, too.

The condo was well stocked/equipped, from linens and towels, to kitchen utensils and appliances, A/V entertainment, iron and board, washer/dryer, etc. The WiFi signal and external internet connectivity were great - plenty fast enough for downloading large files and watching HD videos on mobile devices.

This rental was overkill for what we needed as only 2 adults and 1 child, and it was a treat having so much space. We could have fit another 2-3 people in the available beds, depending on sleeping arrangements, and still have had ample room to cook, eat, and relax. Our one car fit easily into the garage, and we could probably have fit a second next to it.

I recommend Rick and his Rim Village rental to anyone with similar needs to ours. I hope we'll have a chance to come back and visit again someday. Thanks!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Moab. Rim Village was very accommodating. Our rental was roomy, clean, lovely linens and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time even though it was cold in Moab.

Well appointed

We spent 5 nights here. Very clean, up to date and comfortable. Ate dinner out a couple nights and cooked the others. Just like home, The kitchen has all you need. And there's a barbecue grill outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable, functional and had a beautiful view from the living room. It was nice to have the third bathroom. The owner made sure that we knew how to get in and that we were comfortable. My only caution would be to consider the cost of the nightly rental, and know that the cleaning fee and taxes have not been added in. That added a about $150-200 to the cost our stay 2-night stay.

Great Moab condo

Great property. Large, clean, and great view of Moab rim. Beds were comfortable. Nice towels and linens. Fit our family of 2 adults with 3 young boys perfectly. Not too far outside of town and was very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Owner promptly responded to our inquiries. We will definitely plan to stay here again on a return trip to the Moab area. Also, has an oversized garage which was great for keeping the mountain bikes stored when we weren't riding them.
