Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

About Rick Lamb

We have been residents of Moab, and Castle Valley, Utah, for nearly 30 years. Rick is a broker at Moab Realty, and Martha is a reading teacher at the elementary school. We realized what a great property Rim Village was when it was being developed and watched our condo as it was being built - being able to choose the unit with, what we think, is the best location and orientation in the development. We have, ourselves, lived winters in our condo when our daughters were in high school, saving them from having to drive the River Road to Castle Valley for all their activities. So we love the homey feel of our condo, and are certain you will, too!

Why Rick Lamb chose Utah

Moab is an adventure vacation destination, with 2 National Parks, and a Utah State Park: Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park; the Colorado River for rafting and kayaking, Slickrock Bike trail and other mountain biking trails, endless hiking and exploring opportunities, and about any extreme sport you'd dare to try. But what we like best about Moab is its laid-back, small town, friendly atmosphere; its mild climate (excluding the very hot month of July); its endless vistas and awesome scenery from just about any point in the area; and the fact that so many fascinating people have come to visit, or come to stay and make Moab their home.

What makes this townhome unique

For us, the convenience of its proximity to Moab has been most important -- since our home is in Castle Valley, 20 miles away. Staying in our condo, one of the most enjoyable aspects is its location within the development; it is on the southeast boundary of Rim Village with wide open views across the neighbors alfalfa field to the Moab Rim, and East to the view of the La Sal Mountains. It is far from Highway 191 so we don't get the sound of trucks on the highway, as perhaps other locations in Rim Village Vistas do. We have really enjoyed the pool and its hot tub..

Great, well equipped condo

The condo was exactly as expected. Highlights were how well equipped the place was with plenty of dishes and a good variety of cooking pans, storage containers & utensils. All bedrooms & baths are in good condition. The master bedroom is huge. The other two bedrooms are normal and adjacent (not attached) to a bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is down the hall by the laundry room & garage.

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this house, enjoying the surroundings and great/dry wheather.

Everything is well maintained, and if ever there is a problem, the owner sorts it out immediately.

We LOVE this condo!

I literally got a little teary eyed when we had to leave this home after our 9 day trip to Moab this May. While we've visited Moab several times a year for the last decade or so, this was the first time we've rented a condo and I can say for sure that it won't be our last! This place is amazing and so perfect for our family with our adult kids and grandkids. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need and then some - toaster, blender, crockpots, coffee grinder. Every time I'd think we'd need to go to town to get something we needed - like laundry detergent - I was pleasantly surprised to find it had already been thoughtfully provided for us. The home was very clean and comfortable and the views are spectacular. The photos don't quite do it justice - you'll have to see for yourself! We all enjoyed watching the huge irrigation sprinklers in the adjacent field. While the home is in a developed subdivision, the fact that this unit is backed against the field makes it feel like you're out in the country. Very quiet. The grandkids delighted in watching tiny lizards scurrying in the rocks outside the patio. We grilled steak on the provided gas grill. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. The wifi was easy to access and very speedy. The linens were high quality. Tara was excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. I honestly can't find a single negative thing to say about our stay here except it had to end. You won't be disappointed by choosing this condo.

Absolutely perfect for a couple or a family!

We immediately felt at home and super relaxed in this comfortable, spacious, light filled, and immaculately kept condo. We had all the amenities we needed for a top stay such as a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful side porch with grill, a plush master bed, and a huge 2 car garage. This unit also offers great views of the mountains from almost every window! The property manager/s were extremely personable and professional. Just a few minutes drive from town, yet close enough to EVERYTHING, this Rim Village condo is the perfect place to stay in Moab! We hope to be back soon.

Perfect!

This is a perfect setting for our annual group trip. We have a large group and it's so nice to be able to have a beautiful, large space to spread out and hang out. The condo is clean, well stocked and just perfect. The owners are so wonderful to deal with - so patient with our ever changing dates and group size. This will be our 4th year renting with this owner and we are so happy to have this every year!

My stay in Moab UT

My family goes to Moab twice a year, spring and fall cause it's not as hot, to mountain bike. I consider Moab a mountain bike mecca. There are many trails to choose from, beginner to expert. We enjoy staying at this unit since it has a 3rd bathroom. We have had as little as 4 people and as many as 8. The unit is always clean when we arrive and it has all the amenities we look for in a condo. We spend time in the pool and hot tub. We also hike, shop in town and visit the winery just outside of town. Try Pasta Jay's Italian restaurant in town, very tasty or the Moab Brewery. We also go to Deadhorse Point National Park and Arches National Park. There are many arches outside the park as well. Both parks are very beautiful and easy to get to. We have also rented ATV's and there are many trails for that to. We have biked the White Rim Trail 2 times, 100 miles. It's a 4 wheel drive vehicle supported ride and since it gets very dark at night stargazing can be pretty amazing out there. Although I haven't done it, a lot people 4 wheel drive a lot of these trails as well. I definitely recommend this unit for your stay as well, you'll love it! Oh and for you golfers the course it just down the road.
