5th Wheel Glamping by the Ocean

Welcome to quaint and cozy trailer living in the heart of Qualicum! This wonderful new 350sq. ft 5th wheel is nestled onto our property on a quiet, relaxed and friendly street, only steps away from the beach and views of the Qualicum National Wildlife estuary. Our property also includes a propane fire pit out front, and wood fire pit out back (subject to local fire bans). You will have access to bicycles and kayaks! Perfect for couples or small families. Private bedroom included brand new bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows) with lots of storage and en suite bathroom. Two cozy double bunk beds with new bedding, and pullout couch in the living area. Living area includes a 40” TV with 4K cable (sports and movie channels included) and high speed Optik internet. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, range with oven, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, slow cooker, blender). Additional bathroom with shower, toilet and brand new towels. Your trailer also includes an outdoor stove and mini fridge attached to the unit! Equipped with everything you might need to enjoy our relaxing escape while being a 5 minute drive away from golf courses, restaurants and shopping!

This was the perfect spot literally steps from beautiful Qualicum beach. The RV was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen. We have stayed in many vacation rentals where you couldn’t really cook due to lack of necessary items. Claude and Judy were fantastic hosts! Only complaint is wish we could have stayed longer!

Claude and Judy was very accommodating. My family enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach and everything we needed were available. RV had everything. We even get to use the paddle board and kayak for free. Bunny’s everywhere and kids enjoyed chasing them. Couldn’t ask for more. The best vacation we had!

This property was just as described…a glamping experience. It had everything we needed to enjoy our five night stay. The hosts were quick to provide a hairdryer when I requested it, and quick to provide help when we needed it for a blown breaker. The bed was comfortable, coffee provided, and the neighbourhood quiet. But BEST of all the beach is only a short stroll away!

Perfect location, close to the beach - easy walk. 2 minutes drive from central Qualicum. So close to the shops. Central island location to go north or south. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay again. Owners were super kind and made sure we were well taken care of.

What a pleasure to meet Claude and Judy and enjoy their hospitality. Such a positive experience from check-in to leaving. Just a short walk away from the beach, we made full use of their kayaks and paddle board. Thanks again for everything, especially the helpful suggestions for places to visit. We would definitely stay on this property again.

Fabulous warm welcome and a very relaxing few days at the start of our family road trip. The accommodation is between a nature reserve and a quiet beach and the vibe is peaceful and laid back.Could not have asked more from our hosts. Expert local knowledge, kayak loan and complete privacy.The trailer is fully equipped and everything is at least as good as the description and often better.We would happily stay again.

Classy stay in 5th wheel trailer

Very much enjoyed my stay for the 3 nights. Wish I could have stayed longer. Claude was excellent in every way possible and made my stay great. Definitely recommend anyone wanting to see what it’s like to stay in a trailer. This is the place to check it out.

The Best

Our stay was the best VRBO experience ever! The hosts are so friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time! If anyone gives them less than 5 stars then there's something wrong the reviewer.The RV was super clean and everything worked as expected. It's loaded with everything we needed. The hosts also encouraged us to use the kayaks which were fantastic.Simply the best!!

Amazing getaway

Couldn't ask for a better getaway. Claude and Judy were amazing hosts. The RV was well stocked and clean. Our kids had a wonderful time sleeping in the bunk beds and roasting marshmallows at night. The beach was a short stroll away. We look forward to a return visit.

Camping by the ocean

The trailer was perfect for our needs. We wanted to go camping this year and this property made it possible but in a much more elegant way. Everything we needed was supplied and the fireplace was a bonus on the rainy evenings.

Okay, so bunnies may not be the sole reason that you would visit this beautiful beach front property, but the wild rabbits that are thriving here, add to the charm. 5th wheel trailers are not for everyone, but for us, lots of room in a quiet space. Hosts were most hospitable.

Glamping Oasis

We enjoyed our stay. The trailer was comfortable and the location is fantastic. Claude and Chris were gracious hosts, never intruding but there every so often as we came and went. The beach is literally right there. You can see it from the dinette. It was herring spawn time, so we could hear the seagulls, eagles, California sea lions and stellar seal lions from our little oasis.

Fantastic Get-Away

We came with our two homestay students and really enjoyed this quiet and comfortable place. Everything we hoped for and more. Hosts were really easy to communicate with, welcoming, accommodating and kind. Hoping to come again! We loved the neighbourhood because it is out of the crowd’s way, close to the ocean and a Nature Sanctuary. There is lots to do and many places to walk, bike, run, etc. Thank you!
