Perfect stay near Charlotte

This property was very clean. There are plenty of stores near by to gather the basics and go out to eat. The yard was perfect for my small dog and the neighborhood provided a great Saturday walk. Will visit again!

Exceeded expectations

Excellent weekend rental, by far one of the cleanest rentals we've been to. Easy to follow check in and departure instructions and great communication from the host. Conveniently located to restaurants and the Charlotte area. I highly recommend this rental and we will definitely visit again if we need to stay in the area. Thank you!!

Everything was well prepared for our arrival. The house was very clean and the host was good at getting back to us with any other information we needed or wanted to know. The location was great surrounded by other homes but still with plenty of solitude and privacy. Would definitely book again

Two night stay with pets

The interior of the house and the furnishings were very clean and organized, all new appliances in the kitchen and a lot of counter space. The landscape team didn’t get a chance to come by to cut the grass, but that did not affect our stay. The property owner/manager was very good about communicating with us and our overall experience was great!

Perfect spot

This property was exactly what we needed! Had a wedding in town and this was the perfect amount for our family to be comfortable! GIANT living room which. Was perfect for putting together last minute wedding things. The hose was VERY responsive and quick with their responses, highly recommend!

Thanksgiving family trip

We were staying in town in order to visit my daughter and grandson. The house was lovely and private. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Our host called to inquire of our arival time and was very polite. He also had a timly response to any messages or texts. We would love to visit again. Thank you

Arrived at property and there was no electricity. Electrical meter was OFF. Outside of property was very poorly maintained. No recent upkeep had been done. Grass needed mowing, lots of debris was outside. Unable to evaluate interior as no lights to see.
