Beautiful property & Perfect Location

The house is beautiful as pictures! We rented bikes and walked most places. Everything was 10-20 minute bike/walk away from the house.

Unfortunately our stay started poorly upon arrival. When we arrived after 4:30 after having requested an early check in (which we understand isn’t always available), housekeeping was STILL in the house cleaning and doing laundry. They removed the laundry before it was dry and folded up all the towels damp so we started our stay doing laundry ourselves. There is a coffee pot w no coffee, a washing machine w no detergent so if you want to enjoy those amenities, you have to bring your own. Not only were we not able to comfortably check in, but housekeeping showed up before our checkout time (10AM) and rushed us out. Super disappointed, ruined a bit of our relaxation which is why you come to Turks and Caicos in the first place.
