Providenciales Single Family Resort Style Villa

Ubicado en Long Bay a solo .7 km del acceso a Long Bay Beach o a través de Leeward para acceder a Grace Bay con un terreno de estilo resort completamente cerrado de 0.5 acres y mucho espacio para la vida al aire libre y el entretenimiento centrado alrededor de una fabulosa piscina y sala de estar al aire libre.

Una remodelación completa en 2019 incluye todos los muebles nuevos, colchones, electrodomésticos, etc. de acabados de alta gama que esperan a su familia en una villa unifamiliar extremadamente limpia y cómoda.

La casa está a 5 minutos en coche de las tiendas, restaurantes, etc. de Salt Mills. Puedes caminar a la playa de Long Bay, pero eso sería una caminata a 0. 7 km, pero a menos de 3 minutos en automóvil de la playa por el vecindario. Para Grace Bay, conduce a través de Leeward (comunidad cerrada de $ 1M + casas) y accede a esa playa en aproximadamente 4 minutos en automóvil. Todo el estacionamiento en la playa es fácil y gratuito, por lo que no tendrá la desventaja de tener el automóvil, aparte de que los alquileres económicos son del tamaño de un insecto VW, pero con 4 puertas, por lo que puede actualizar a un automóvil más grande, minivans o SUV .

Hay 2 tiendas de comestibles Graceway (Gourmet está a 4 minutos en auto y la tienda más grande está a menos de 8 minutos) que utilizamos.

Nuestra villa no está en la playa y en una zona residencial en un lote de .5 acres con un muro perimetral de 6 pies para que tenga privacidad y espacio, pero no desolado. Nuestros vecinos incluyen un médico y un jefe de policía tal como lo entendemos, pero como acabamos de comprar y VRBO enumeró la propiedad después de una remodelación completa este año, todavía nos reunimos con todos en nuestras visitas.

First Time Visit

This was our first time vacationing in Turks. Melinda (the owner) and David (property manager) were great to work with. They both responded quickly to all my questions/concerns.The property was great for our family of 5(two adults, 3 kids). The kids loved the pool area! The area were the house was located was very quiet and felt safe. Melinda provided everything we needed for our days at the beach. There were coolers, floats, an umbrella and enough chairs for our family!

Perfect stay in Turks!

Our stay at Villa Medori was absolutely perfect! Enough space for two couples to spread out inside, the kitchen was very well accommodated and the pool/outdoor lounging areas were spacious and comfortable. The property feels secure and neighborhood feels safe. Really enjoyed property manager David was lovely and helpful! Can’t wait to return!

Paradise!

This was our 2nd time staying at the villa and we loved it just as much this time around! Villa is so clean and stocked with EVERYTHING you would ever need. Perfect for groups of all ages. Melinda is fantastic and has been such a delight to communicate with over the years.

Amazing property!

Absolute loved Villa Medori! Amazing communication, well taken care of property, perfect stay for us. Having those beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was a game changer and allowed us to explore so many amazing beaches. Would recommend a car at this location, but everything is super easy to get to. 8 min to Grace Bay, you cant go wrong. We had a flight cancelation and they were SO gracious helping us with transportation. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Great stay at Villa Medori

Our family had a great stay at Villa Medori! Host was excellent at communicating and providing recommendations and directions for all beaches, activities and restaurants. The villa is great - outdoor pool is just as beautiful as the photos. Plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating for all. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Check-in and out was seamless. Thank you!

Peace and Relaxation

Excellent place to stay. Very well maintained and the host was very responsive and helpful. Even helped us make reservation at restaurants prior to our arrival. The pool was awesome.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped and near Long Bay & Leeward beach.

Such a lovely week staying at Villa Medori. Owners and villa manager super helpful & friendly both before and during our stay. Villa is brilliantly well-equipped and lovely to have so much space just for 4 of us. You will need a car as nothing walking distance but all very easily accessible and nearby in car.

Resort like home

All the comforts of home with a fabulous resort like backyard and pool area. Short drive to Grace bay beaches, shopping and restaurants. Super clean with a house manager near by should you need anything.

Second Visit Was Great!

This was our second trip to Villa Medori. Just like our first stay, everything turned out great. The pool and villa are comfortable and well appointed. Having access to all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc makes going on beach excursions so much more convenient. Hosts were super responsive and always willing to accommodate any of our requests.

Amazing oasis

We loved staying here for my birthday ! Colleen greeted us at check in and available to answer our questions throughout our stay . The property owners were kind and attentive . The property was clean and we used the pool all day everyday! I would definitely stay here again

Turks again

This was our 3rd stay in Turks, and we were lucky enough once again to find an absolutely fabulous property that we totally enjoyed throughout our week's stay, with another couple that we always travel with. The entire property was walled/gated, the house was fully stocked with all amenities you would ever need, and all appliances/AC's were up to date, and fully functional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were absolutely the best, and this was where we spent most of the day, including a fully stocked pool cabinet with floats, tubes, etc. for the pool.Although the ocean was only 5-blocks away, it did not have any beaches nearby, but we highly suggest a visit out to Capt. Oaks Tiki Bar....about a 1/2 mile boat ride out to this little Tiki Bar, but quite fun......Enjoy,Al & Joan

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

The private, newer construction, gated Villa Medori is located in Long Bay, only minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf, kite boarding, marina, and beautiful beaches. A short drive to Long Bay Beach is .7 km and Sunset Beach at Grace Bay. Enjoy the open space concept of living room, dining area, snack bar and well equipped kitchen along with outdoor dining and lounge area.

Private pool and Spa (not heated). Free Parking, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Televisions with Amazon Prime and Netflix in common area and each bedroom. Free Wireless Internet. Washer/ Dryer, Gas Grill, Hair dryers, iron and ironing board. COVID-19 considerations; Villa completely cleaned after each checkout with multi-surface disinfectant cleansers, Sanitizing Station(s), Disinfecting cleaners provided in villa, Interior towels and linens all laundered with bleach. The property utilizes exterior security cameras that include the gate entrance, grounds, pool & spa area that may be monitored by guests from inside the villa. The monitor is Not to be considered an alternative for closely watching any users or children around the pool & spa area. Amenities are for use at your own risk, No Diving and No lifeguard is on duty.
