シーパームズE3は、シーパームズ開発地区にある楽しいコンドミニアムです。オープンガーデンのカリブ海の上にあります。 1階（アメリカ2階）のアパートメントには3つのベッドルームがあり、バルコニーと2つのベッドルームからスイミングプールガーデンとカリブ海を見渡せます。 3番目のベッドルームは静かな庭園を見渡せます。 部屋には、2つの部屋にツインベッド、マスターベッドルームにキングサイドベッドがあります。 マスターベッドルームには専用バスルームがあり、他の2つの部屋は廊下のバスルームを共有しています。
アパートには、庭と海を見渡すオープンプランのリビングとダイニングルームがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンがあり、アパート内にランドリー設備があります。安全な駐車場は玄関のすぐ近くです。

Wonderful accommodations

Excellent location with amazing views. Laurence, the property owner, was very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This second floor airy and bright apartment has a stunning view of the ocean and pool. The apartment is clean, beautiful and well maintained.

The apartment is well-kept, nicely decorated and very relaxing. The location in the complex is excellent with beautiful sea views. Best of all, Pat spoiled us throughout our stay!

Pam was excellent and very welcoming. Place was as described, a few mishaps with the A/C that the A/C man came to fix the morning we left. But besides that it was a cozy and convenient location.

Ms Pat was excellent. She not only prepared delicious Jamaican cuisine, but prepared it and presented it with such style! She was caring and informative, and we felt very much attended to. Despite the fact that there were issues with things like door knobs improperly fastened-and doors squeaking,Ms Pat’s presence made up for all of that! We would come again primarily because of Miss Pat, the location is excellent. The little Cove is a wonderful recreational opportunity for snorkeling and fishing.

Family Reunion

This property is so much nicer than the pictures and so much spacious than expected. Property lovely and clean and great location. Miss Pat made our stay perfect in every way, so helpful and kept the place spotless. Nothing was too much trouble and interacted well with my Jamaican family. We will really miss her. The owner sent 2 bottles of wine during our Xmas stay which was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend staying at Sea palms.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!!

We stayed at this property for Christmas, and it was AMAZING!!!!!!! Ms. Pat is the kindest, sweetest person that I’ve met in a long time, and she took great care of my family! Her cooking is phenomenal. Her spirit is kind and loving.... and the cove is GREAT!!! We swam in the cove every morning and most afternoons. The location is also phenomenal we went to the Blue Hole, Dunn’s Falls, a catamaran ride, and the market and everything was within 10/15 minutes. The home is nice and clean very comfortable, beautiful views. I would definitely recommend it. Did I mention that Ms. Pat was AMAZING??!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Girls trip

Our trip was incredible! We had the best time at this magical place. The only complaint that we had was we were not able to get in touch with the owner or Ms. Pat a couple of times . But all was taken care of so no worries. We did have a recommendation for the living room. By adding a small air conditioning unit it would help tremendously. The bedroom areas were cool but the living room was not, even with the doors open and fan going. It is in a great location and Ms Pat was amazing! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

We enjoyed our time here at Sea Palms. We felt like we had our own little private cove/beach area and pool because no others were out. We saw several fish when we snorkeled in the cove. The apartment was comfortable and had a nice view. I liked that it has 3 bedrooms. Ms. Pat was great and cooked for us each day. We enjoy cooking but it was nice to have the break and to be able to spend time with family and not have to worry about meals. It would have been nice to have another a/c unit in the living/dining area because it was hot and you will be sweating the entire time your out there but the rooms all have their own seperate a/c and it was nice and cool. The king bed was extremely comfortable too. Would have been nice to have a tv at least in the master bedroom. Too hot in the living room.

The best part of our Jamacia vacation

Our stay here was made special by Ms. Pat who not only took care of all the cooking and cleaning but was helpful and caring. The condo is older but well maintained and the view of the ocean is great. We were blessed to be able to stay here for three days and regretted having to leave. We hope to return one day and many thanks to Laurence but especially Ms. Pat

The BEST I’ve ever had....

I don’t think I have enough room to summarize our visit. Thank you! Thank you! My family and I had the best time ever. I wanted to keep this place a secret so that the dates would be available whenever we come back, but it wouldn’t be fair, other people need to enjoy this place like we did. The bed was so comfortable we slept like a baby. The villa was well kept at all times. The view was breathtaking. Ms Pat is not our housekeeper she’s our family now. She’s hardworking , always smiling, and so accommodating. Talk about a good cook. Wish we could take her with us. Those fried dumplings and ackee and salt fish was eaten so quickly didn’t realize we ate so many...lol. We were spoiled!! Everything was nice and clean. My family and I love her so much. We will definitely be returning soon. We love you Ms. Pat!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Palms. Mme Pat a été très gentille, agréable et discrète et elle a cuisiné la majorité des plats de notre séjour. L’endroit est idéal pour une famille avec enfants, nous avons pû faire du snorkling dans la petite baie juste en face de la villa, et nous y avons vu de magnifiques poissons. L’endroit est tranquille loin des troupes de touristes, ce que nous avons apprécié. La route de l’aéroport se fait bien aussi. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de séjourner à notre villa!!

Perfect, quiet, beautifully maintained, amazing views

This was just the perfect accommodation for my family and I. The views are amazing, the property is very well maintained and very clean. The pool is clean and a lovely addition and the overall look of the area is excellent. Ms Pat cooks amazing meals and ensures that you have everything you need, she is amazing. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here, as you will not be disappointed. The property has nice furnishing which are in excellent condition and the AC is amazing. Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back soon.

Relaxing Week

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Miss Pat was wonderful at taking care of us all week. She was there to welcome us when we got there. We got our groceries and she prepared wonderful Jamaican food for us (that's what we wanted). It was wonderful! She made sure we had clean towels and condo every day! She was amazing! The condo was average, as it was a bit dated. There wasn't anywhere really comfortable to sit. The couch and chairs weren't the most comfortable, and the chairs on the porch needed cushions. The condo was very clean, thanks to Miss Pat! The beach area is very small, but it was fun snorkeling around the small bay area. The pool was nice, but needed updated too. There is a small market and place to eat down the street. Everything else needed to a taxi to get to. Taxis are very easy to get by standing on the side of the road, they'll just stop for you. Be sure to ask how much before getting in. We learned that very quickly :) Overall, our stay was wonderful! We loved staying there and being taken care of everyday!

Fantastic location, view, private beach and Pool!

We stayed here January 28th through February 8th, 2018. We had never been to Jamaica before so when we booked, we were very nervous about it being the "right" location for us. Its hard to know when you have never been to a place before. I must say it was the PERFECT location. Close to all the main beaches/attractions that Jamaica has to offer. The famous Reggae beach is literally next door. The two best parts about this location is your OWN beach to play on. It is a HUGE plus and money saver as almost all other beaches cost 3-15 dollars PER person to use for a day. The other feature was Miss Pat the house keeper. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful this lady is. She cooks you dinner every night, cleans and even entertained our three small kids in the mornings so that we could have some time to sleep in or read. She makes THE BEST food. She genuinely cares about the tenets and their needs and is 10000010% trust worthy with your space and belongings. This is a great location if you have children. We visited a lot of places around the island and by far we felt the safest at our Condo. Thank you Laurence and Pat for everything! The Willis Family-

My wife, 3 kids, (ages 12, 9, and 4)and I just returned from our vacation. The reviews were spot on, Ms. Pat is a wonderfully nice woman. The owner was accomadating and easy to communicate with. Any time we weren't out and about or sleeping we spent on the porch. We ate every meal out there and played a lot of card games while enjoying both the warmth and the view. The accomadations were nice, clean, pretty average Ms.Pat and the porch make it above average for sure. Thanks for the great stay!

Ms Pat is amazing/ clean and comfortable condo

Traveled with my husband and our four teenagers. Ms Pat sent us a list through Laurence and cooked for us each night -- the food was delicious. Tha condo was clean and comfortable with A/C in each bedroom, which was great for a good night's sleep.

Amazing view...and Ms Pat is incredible!!!!

We stayed at Sea Palms E3 May 10th-17th 2017 and it was truly wonderful! There was 6 of us (3 adults & 3 young children)...The condo is very well kept, clean, plenty of space/big rooms, great deck, gorgeous view (the pictures do not do it justice), great location (super close to everything), safe, the guys at the security gate were very friendly and helpful with directions...really everything about this rental was perfect...BUT honestly the best part was Ms Pat, so kind, sweet and extremely efficient...really keeps the place clean, can cook up a storm and by day 3 I think my kids thought she was their Grandma lol, she babysat for a couple hours Sunday evening, the kids had a great time, she is genuinely a kind soul! One tip...we were not sure where we were going, so when driving from Montego Bay once you come through Ocho Rios downtown and you start to go up the hill, Sea Palms is immediately across the street from Harmony Halls and is on the left...if you come to Glenn's restaurant and the small market on the right then you have gone too far...the closest beach known as Reggae beach is at the bottom of the hill on the right and is now known as Bamboo Beach club...the other closest beach use to be known as Turtle Beach and is now called Ocho Rios beach...every local I stopped and asked for Directions was very helpful and friendly. Mr Daily at the gate was awesome, very helpful. We had a great vacation, will definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend it to everyone...especially families, very safe, quiet and fun location with kids! Lovely apartment on the coast

This three bedroom apartment was spacious, with a wonderful shaded lanai overlooking the ocean. Comfortable beds and private baths were nice for our family of four. Pool was very clean and refreshing, and location good for exploring Dunn's River Falls and Blue Mountains. Housekeeper Ms. Pat fixed lovely meals, and guided us through the local market for delicious mangos, papayas, and pineapples. Don't miss dinner in the beach st Bamboo Blu just west of town - bring a suit to swim then enjoy food and drinks.

It is a convenient location from which to explore the Island. A relaxing place to spend the warm days comfortably by the seaside.
The cheerful and welcoming housekeeper, Pat, will greet you on arrival and take care of your cooking, cleaning and laundry needs throughout the stay.
There is a 24 hour guard service stationed at the entrance gate. the guards are friendly and helpful and an office is also present at the entrance (open in the day).

Guests have access the gardens, swimming pool and swimming cove. Complimentary parking is also readily available and close to the building.

Pat will happily go grocery shopping with you and will cook you some delicious Jamaican dishes while you are here.
Pat will arrange a time to arrive in the mornings that is convenient for you. She will provide as little or as much assistance as you prefer during your stay. Please let her know if you have any specific instructions to make your stay more comfortable. You’re rate already includes the services of the housekeeper.
We are also happy to accept your grocery shopping list in advance so that the apartment can be stocked to your preferences on arrival.
