A beautiful, spacious, and clean two bedroom, two bathroom Ocean Front condo with one of the best locations in Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24-hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the condo has to offer.

The large two bedroom condo rental, sleeps up to eight people. There are a total of four beds (a king size bed in each bedroom plus a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed in the living room) The kitchen is well-appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six people. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa and a murphy bed (shown in pictures). The primary bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and a TV. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a TV. There is also a balcony with an Ocean Front view and a patio table with two chairs.

The property is within a beach-side neighborhood which is full of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. Also within walking distance is a large supermarket, the Galleria Mall, the Water Taxi, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, the Bonnet House, and the beach.

Getting around:
The property is conveniently located near Sunrise Blvd and A1A. This makes it easy to get around Fort Lauderdale and South Florida. Parking is included. There are public bus stops within a short walk and taxi cabs are always around the neighborhood. The airport is about 15 minutes away and the cruise port is about 10 minutes away. Miami is about 40 minutes away.

We had an excellent stay here! From first contact with Chris, to arrival and being in the spacious and comfortable condo. Has all the amenities, the listing a accurate in all regards. The Condo inside and out, the building, all are in top shape, we are very happy! We enjoyed parts of the day on the patio, others traveling down the beach, there is soooo much todo in this area! Nice property. Good location. We didn’t need to rent a car because it is within walking distance from grocery, mall and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was very dated. Carpeting and window coverings need an update. Sliding patio door needs to be replaced. Kitchen needs to be treated between each renter for bugs

The condo itself was nice and clean. Actually we got to see 2 different ones in a 4 day/3 night stay. I was informed at check in that we had to move condos for the 3rd night. That was quite inconvenient for 4 girls on a short girls' weekend. When I tried to contact Chris about this issue I did not hear a word from him. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I will have a hard time recommending this property, at least through this manager, to anyone. Lacks customer service.

It was our first time to Fort Lauderdale. This condo was in a good location for walking to restaurants/bars, the beach and stores. It was a nice condo , great view of Ocean! The people at Front desk could use some people skills however! The pool area was a disappointment, but Ron the bartender was great and made up for it.

It had plenty of space for two families plus the central location near the beach that we wanted! The appliances (knives, toaster, blender, etc) were a bit on the inexpensive side so it was a little tough to prepare some dishes we wanted to but we made do with what we had, which was still a pretty stocked up kitchen. The master bedroom was a little stuffy as well but spacious and cute with a mini kitchenette. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this facility and would recommmend it!

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Located near yummy restaurants and was near the trolley stops if you want to visit las olas. The room was much more spacious than the photos show. Wonderful stay and amazing price. The live music by the pool was really nice. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This is my second time staying here and just like the last time it was a great stay. The location was great and the weather was perfect. The stay was during college spring break time so the hallways did get a little loud at times at night but the resort did a great job of making sure these people stay quite and I didn’t have too many problems with that. I made friends with one of the housekeepers, Avon and she was great! She made sure each day if she saw me to ask if there was anything we needed in our room. One of the guests in my room got sick and she offered to get a roll away bed so that no one had to share a bed with him and risk getting sick! She went over the top each and every day to make sure we had a great stay and never had to worry about anything except getting a nice tan! Over all this place is great! There many bigger and newer resorts in Fort Lauderdale but I think it’s a little quieter here and a little farther away from all the busy beaches. It makes the stay more relaxing and it’s like a little home away from home.

Never stayed in Fort Lauderdale and I'm so very happy I did. I got lucky with this choice. This is a very clean, and nice, place to stay at if you are in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. It's an older property, but it has been remodeled so the units are modern and bright. It is also in a great location, only 1 short block to the beach! The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. In the middle of our stay, the towels were changed out for us and trash was taken out. The only things which could be better are the pool (it's a little small) and the elevators (there are only 2 but they are fast). This place is also close to many stores and restaurants, and is right in the main area of Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommended. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

Nice Place. Clean and Great Location!

This was a great find for us. I'm a neat freak and the condo was very clean and in good shape. Lots of space -- 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A pull out couch and a pull down bed in the living room. The location is excellent and very convenient -- stores, restaurants, water taxi, trolley. It's basically across from the beach, just a one minute walk down a short street. Felt very safe and welcomed. The staff at the desk was helpful. I appreciated the business center, poolside bar, sun deck and hot tub. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to stay another week. So we called Chris and he easily set us up for a second week. Thank you for the great experience. We hope to come back next year.

Leaves Much to Be Desired

While the view and location were excellent, the unit left much to be desired. Not only were the accommodations extremely dated, but the carpet was sticky and badly soiled, paint was peeling in the shower, and the bathroom light fixture was totally rusted. When my friend dropped her earring and it rolled under the chest, she pulled out dustballs. Often when the water was turned on, a high-pitched squeal was emitted, which was very disturbing at night. On top of that, the staff working in the hall was extremely noisy - their radios blasting so I could hear the messages all the way down the hall, and their laughter and conversations so loud, I could not take an afternoon nap. But the worst offense was the presence of roaches - dead and alive - in the kitchen (even though all food was contained in plastic bags.) We pulled out the refrigerator to capture one of the offenders, only to reveal remnants of many other roaches. I contacted the front desk, and someone did come to spray the next day, but despite the noxious odor, more roaches were crawling in the kitchen the next day. We threw away garbage every day and kept the lights on in the kitchen the rest of the visit, but were very disappointed with the cleanliness of our accommodations.

Great Stay!

This room is clean, spacious, and perfectly located! It sleep 8 people comfortably, is one block from the beach, 10 minute walk to Publix, and a short Uber ride from night life. The kitchen is well stocked and the employees are very nice. We had no complaints during our stay!

Great place for a beach stay

This was a terrific getaway to the beach. Check in was a breeze, the staff so very pleasant. The room had a fantastic view of the ocean. It was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We felt sad we had only booked for a short time and could not stay longer as this place is such an ideal place for a getaway.
