The cabin was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. Even though I was there for work coming back to the cabin made it feel like a peaceful vacation getaway.
The cabin was ready with lights and ac on since we arrived late. Very comfortable and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Loved the setting under the pines. Deer greeted us in the morning coming right up to say hi. Owners were very friendly. Would’ve stayed longer but additional days already booked. Great place and we’ll be back.
our stay was so enjoyed by all (6 of us) the cabin is cute quaint and cozy! loved siting on the porch and watching the wildlife from birds to the deer (and Henry) that wander by. kitchen was pretty well stocked, except it could use more silverware. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin.
*Note that none of us had cell service within 10 minutes or so drive of the property (multiple cell providers). The Restaurant/ Bar down the street let me use their wifi to get the access details to the property.
The property was delightful! We loved the sleepover loft and balcony. We also loved the creekside picnic/firepit area even if a burn ban meant no fire. Clean and cozy!
This was the cleanest house we have ever stayed. The appliances were so clean we thought they may be new. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean dishes and pots and pans. When we arrived it was almost evening and raining. It was hard to judge the view. We were rewarded in the morning with sunshine and the most beautiful view of the mountains. We had plenty of guests consisting of deer, chipmunks, hummingbirds, hawks and a blue jay I haven't seen before. The wrap around deck allowed me sit and take pictures up close and personal. Having come from Dallas, the cool temperatures and the snow on the mountains in June was a bonus! We were able to enjoy day trips to Ouray and Telluride. There is a National Forest entrance very close to the cabin, I recommend the drive through! We spent two whole days just staying in and enjoying the view and the cabin vibes. I highly recommend this cabin if a relaxing get away is what you are looking for.
