The Space
Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home! Completed March 2023! Everything you should need for a home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals or all the dishes to serve your take-out!

Guest access
Access the entire home. Exceptions are one of the master bedroom closets, 2 locked storage containers in garage and 1 on the lanai.

Other things to note
Salt water heated pool: You are free to enjoy the pool as much as you like, following the pool rules in the Welcome Book located on the kitchen island. Pool heat is an option for $25/day. Please note the temperature of the pool is NOT guaranteed when air temperatures are low.

Please be aware there is no pool safety barrier; therefore is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Please be aware of the security cameras on the property. They are used strictly for security purposes only. The pool is within the coverage area, along with pool equipment on the west side of the house, front door, garage door opener camera, and driveway. There are no interior cameras. Compliant with VRBO Guest standards, any attempt to disable, cover, re-aim, or impair our properly disclosed security cameras will result in immediate termination of your booking with no refund and immediate removal from property.

What will be provided: Full size shampoos, conditioners, body washes, hand soaps, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in both bathrooms, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 dish rags, 2 kitchen hand towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry pods, 2 garbage bags per can, 2 makeup cloths, and towels for 6 guests. These items will not be replenished, so it may be necessary for you to bring more if needed. We do not furnish charcoal for the grill. If there is some left at property by previous guests, feel free to use it.

Cleaning services are not provided on the following holidays: New Years Day, Independence Day, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day unless separate arrangements are made for an additional charge. Keep this is mind while booking.

Additional fees will be charged for the following:
Late check out $50/30 minutes
Excessive cleaning fee, including but not limited to trash removal, stains from linens, rugs, window treatments etc., excessive food clean up, bodily fluid clean up etc. Prices are charged at $50/hour for additional cleaning that goes above and beyond a regular departure clean.
Charges for missing or ruined linens are $20 per towel/sheet. This includes evidence of make up and self tanner. Use the makeup towels provided.
