This modern custom built carriage house is the center of downtown a one-of-a-kind gem ... modern yet comfortable with all the amenities you will need. You won’t want to leave.

The master is on the second floor with a walk-in bathroom the second bedroom it’s on the third floor and has its own bathroom would be perfect get away for a couple or four people looking to come to the track, SPAC, to golf or be on the lake for a weekend.
The space
Literally step out the front door onto Broadway downtown and all the action.

The porch is a perfect place to to be in the action and enjoy a cocktail after the races before a dinner reservation.

You will have the entire house. With the exception of the garage.
