The space
Accommodates up to 4 people, making it an ideal choice for couples, families or friends traveling together. Bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom attached. There's also an extra sleeping space, a double sofa in the living room. You will find another full bathroom with hot water as well. Fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare any meal. It also has a washing machine inside the apartment.

Something you'll love about our Apartment is the balcony, which offers great views. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying the view.

Guest access
Entire apartment plus the amenities of the building such as the pool, terrace and gym are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

For the security of the building, it is necessary to purchase one bracelet per person in order to enter. Each bracelet is $12,000.COP

A $100,000 COP cash deposit must be paid on arrival day, which is fully returned when we check that there is no damage to the apartment at the end of your stay.

Other things to note
You have a free parking included in the building. The building has an elevator for easy 24-hour access and security.
You can order from restaurants, pharmacies or supermarkets. You will receive them in the building lobby.
