Guests have private access to the entire home, grill, and spacious backyard. Rachel is a great person and was awesome to work with. The house was very clean and was perfect for our stay. The screened in porch was great to sit out and enjoy the beautiful evenings. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice, quiet neighborhood/setting - convenient to everything. Beautiful home, with 1 1/2” white oak strip floors, semi open layout, and TWO cozy, private porches to lounge on. All the essentials for our stay were provided. A very pleasant experience from day 1, and we would definitely consider a return stay when our travel plans bring us back into the area. Good time.

Home away from home

The home was exactly as advertised and more! The home was clean, well kept and well stocked with lots of “extras”. Rachael’s response to all of my communication was second to none! The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet and welcoming. We will definitely try and book during our next visit.

Wonderful stay in Batavia!

We had a lovely stay in Batavia over a long weekend for a nearby wedding. The house was very clean and comfortable for three adults, and worked well for all of our needs. It’s a great space that I wish we had more time to stay in. Host was very responsive and we hope to be back. Wonderful space to watch a Bills game or hang out. We would definitely recommend to others planning to stay in the area.

Great location

We selected this VRBO to visit family in the area for the holidays. It was just my husband & I staying, so we had plenty of room. We arrived the day of a snow storm, and the house was ready with a plowed driveway and the heat on! The home was supplied with everything we needed, and was decorated nicely with a cozy feeling. Travel to/from LeRoy was easy, and we had many restaurants to choose from within Batavia. We will definitely consider this home again for future trips to the area.

60th school reunion

Very nicely decorated, very quiet street, lawn and property kept so nice. Had everything you could need for a comfortable stay!! Would highly recommend this VRBO property,! Look forward to staying again if in Batavia!!

Cozy Ranch

Beautiful home that is conveniently located to local shops. The owners do a great job of stocking the home and the decor made it so warm and welcoming. We would recommend this property to others and hope to stay again.
