Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, 2 open areas; 1 Queen pull out and 1 twin pull out or used as sitting area for those who need to catch up on work or relax with a good book. Step back, step out and relax into our private peaceful outdoor oasis, fully fenced in back yard, hot tub, patio set and awning. Enjoy your time in Brockport at our cozy house! A great open floor plan downstairs and plenty of privacy in the bedrooms upstairs. The location allowed a lot of privacy, but it was only a five minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and other essential shoppers. We really enjoyed our stay and are thinking of booking again

Yep - the pictures are real. This is an extremely well decorated 3 BR house that is a spectacular find. It looks BRAND NEW! Well stocked, very comfortable, and communication superb. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that had everything you needed! We cooked and watched movies and even enjoyed the hot tub while there. The Master Bedroom is very relaxing and we both slept great with the soft bedding, perfect mattress and ample space. There was plenty of space for our kids and loved having 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen and living room space is stunning, I specifically loved how the lights are on dimmers. Great extra touch. Our dogs enjoyed the open fenced in backyard as well. We have family 10 min away and hope to stay here again when we are back in town. Aaron and Maggie were perfect hosts and everything was super clean.

My wife Maggie and I grew up in the area, are highschool sweet hearts married fo 39 years. Raised family of four in our present home in brockport. We enjoy outdoors with everything it has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This area is minutes from shopping/major expressways, offering the opportunity for privacy away from the hustle and bustle of being in town or neighborhoods.

What makes this property unique

The original footprint of this property dates back to 1800's. This home was one of the original homesteads on West Sweden Rd. Originally constructed with hand hewn beams harvested from local resources. This inspired my design of the renovations made with locally harvested timber milled locally into timber frame members hand notched into the existing highbred timber frame construction that makes this house one of a kind!
