We had a fabulous Christmas visit at Jess’s place in Southington. The house was the perfect size for five adults to cook, eat and relax over the holiday. The beds were comfy and the rooms are cozy. We even used the grill and the fire pit on Christmas Day. We will be back!

Great place in quiet neighborhood

Just finished a stay here over the New Year's week to visit family and explore Connecticut. Everything was as expected. The host, Jessica, was very responsive to all of our questions. Could this as a great place in the summer as well with the barbecue and fire pit out back. Finally spent some time in the house on the last night and kids discovered the pool table/air hockey and ping pong in the basement and love it. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

Great house! We weren’t able to spend as much time as we would have liked to at the house! There is a wonderful sitting area in the back yard and a fire pit that would have been a lot of fun! Maybe next time. I’d definitely stay here again! Thanks Jess!

Perfect Location!

We have family and friends in Southington and this was a great place to stay while there. We were busy visiting everyday, though enjoyed the comfort of a home where we could be together for coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day. We didn't have time to enjoy all that the home offers, however, if you are able to spend time in the home, this is the right choice. The deck is wonderful looking over the beautiful private backyard, game room down stairs, quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk through the neighborhood. Jessica was a great host, we would highly recommend this home and would rent it again the next time we come to visit. Michele R
