GrandDuvall is located within the gated community of The Ridge with your own fishing pond just outside the front door. Inside, you’ll find a cozy, open concept main floor with designer finishes and plenty of space for all. This home sleeps 10 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, living and dining rooms, master bedroom (king bed), two guest rooms (one king and one queen bed), amazing bunk room (4 full beds), 3 full bathrooms.

Outdoors you will find an entertainers dream with a patio with table with plenty of seating, outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, mini fridge and fire pit. Free firewood supplied.

Perfect location! Located just across from The Summit/golf club house at Shangri La and less than 1 mile to The Anchor and ShangriLa Resort Hotel.

This place is perfect to rest, relax and enjoy all that Monkey Island has to offer!

Love this house!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Grand Duval! The location, amenities and hospitality were exceptional. The kitchen table and the fire pit were our favorite spaces. Can’t wait to book it again next year

Golf trip

We stayed here during a golf trip with friends. The property was great. The communication with the host is what made our stay even better. They were very accommodating. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope we can stay again.

Memorial weekend

The property is everything we were expecting plus so much more. The kitchen was fully equipped for everything we needed. My 4 grandchildren loved having the outside patio & yard to play in. We will for sure recommend it to our friends/family.
