Charming studio in the heart of the Latin Quarter

This lovely studio located near Boulevard Saint Germain and the Latin Quarter features everything you need to have the best Parisian experience.

Having been completely renovated in 2023, it features modern and functional amenities as well as a comfortable double bed.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, coffee press, kettle, as well as an extendable dining table. The studio also includes a brand-new bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel rack.

During your stay, you will have access to free wireless internet and a smart TV that includes Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms.

A large window opens to a verdurous and quiet courtyard, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploration, or sipping your morning coffee!

Please note : the studio is on the 1st floor (no elevator).

Great location with so much to do walking distance. Great apartment and very comfortable. Only downside is that you can smell cigarette from other units or downstairs smoking also sewage smell. We opened the windows and it got better.

Cozy, Clean, and Perfectly Located!

This was a great little spot for our trip to Paris! The apartment is small, but thoughtfully set up with everything you need—including a great fridge and smooth check-in/out process. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to charming cafés and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Super clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

The perfect Paris getaway

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this amazing and functional studio. It was very clean, modern and comfortable.The neighborhood is lively and everything is within a walking distance from the apartment: groceries, amazing restaurants and cafes, various monuments. We would absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it!

Great stay in Paris

We thank our hosts for a great stay in Paris. Recently renovated compact studio. Comfortable and functional with nice shower and convenient kitchen. Very well located. Hosts were prompt in responding to contacts and were welcoming. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.

Great location! Cozy and Quiet Studio

Loved how quiet the apartment was and yet how close to so many lively cafes! Hot water and water pressure were superb; the radiator worked well and could easily be set. Bed was comfy, television worked. The front door sticks and so opening and closing the door was a pain. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our first visit to Paris. It was central to so much - delicious, gluten-free food, transportation, grocery stores, laundromat, jazz bar, and major art museums. It is small, but for the two of us it had everything we needed. It was the perfect nest to replenish us for all of our adventures! I can't imagine going back to Paris without first making sure we can stay here again.

Perfect for me.

It was perfect for me. Recently had a remodel that totally utilized the space and in a clever way. As a solo traveler, it was perfect. I was a late arrival but welcomed and made to feel at home. The basic needs are all provided. The location makes it easy to walk central Paris or use the metro or shop for food. Plenty of restaurants. I’ll be back. Thank you!! Rena

Great location

Cute small apartment. Very quiet. Fun location with loads of activity. Outdoor security door did not lock for most of our stay, although the indoor security door worked fine. Also, an exterminator came one morning wanting to spray/lay bait traps for roaches and other vermin,so that didn't give me good vibes. Fortunately, our unit appeared very clean and I never saw any bugs.
