✅ Dispose of trash in sealed bags in the outdoor black garbage cans and recycle in blue can. (no bulk items).
✅ Lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE. -NO PARTY, No loud music, No loud noises. -No Overnight visitors. They consider as extra guests.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for three adults. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. And it is close to downtown, the river and many restaurants. Our host, Mona, was responsive to any questions and issues that came up. We will definitely return.
