Lake Ridge vacation rentals

Great stay. House was exactly what we were looking for. Neighbors had a big domestic case when we were there and cops were called.

This condo is amazing! It was spotless when I arrived and is very well stocked with things like cleaning, cooking, and beach supplies. There is plenty of space, a nice living room area with comfy couches and a big TV, and a clean and relaxing balcony. The owners are very sweet and responsive to any questions I had. The Villagio itself is well maintained with an accessible and nice pool! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! 5/5 stars!

Host was super responsive and gracious. The home was beautiful and very well equipped. Location was ideal for our plans to go to Orioles spring training games.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Condo hosted by Ha. She was a great host and very responsive to any problems or needs we had during our 3 month stay. The condo was well furnished and well located. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice place! King bed was hard to get into becauseit was so high. Twin beds were so low hard to get up out of.

I believe that we were one of, if not the first to stay at this rental. Everything seemed brand new from the towels, sheets, kitchen items, furniture, etc. I don't think we realized how large the house was before arriving. There are three separate bedrooms all with new queen beds. There is also a fourth bedroom with bunk beds that has a sliding door access to the pool. Two large living spaces with large flat screen TVs, a large dining area, and a decent sized kitchen with new appliances. My complaints are few and minimal. First, the pool was not heated and a bit cold for us in March. I don't think young kids would mind at all, but we didn't swim as much as we would have wanted. I'm guessing this may be something the owner will invest in at a future date after some rental income. Also, the overhead lighting in the main living area by the front door would cycle on and off all night long, an easy fix. Lastly, in past stays there is usually a binder of sorts to explain the "operational" aspects such as the front door lock, the A/C thermostat, pool pump, etc. but this has not been done yet. Just some rules posted on the wall. Again, with this being a new rental I'm sure the owner will be on top of this as soon as he gets caught up. With that being said, we NEVER attempted to contact the owner about any of this so it falls on us. We just didn't think the issues warranted disturbing the owner. Overall a very nice, newly remodeled spacious house I would use again.

We had the best time on our vacation! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We went to Sarasota to visit friends and the house afforded plenty of room for them to come over and grill out. The pool area is amazing! My 7 year old was in it from when she woke up until she went to bed. It has a sun deck with 3 loungers and a spa connected to the main pool so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and with the pool area being screened we didn’t have to worry about bugs. When we decided to have a beach day, the house had everything. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach wagon. We loved the proximity to Lido beach but there are other beaches as well.

I had an overall good experience staying in a clean home located in a peaceful neighborhood that made me feel safe. The proximity to Siesta Key Beach was convenient, although there were a few issues that affected my stay. The beds tended to squeak, and the rooms were too hot at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the main bathroom shower head required cleaning, and the tub took some time to drain. However, these issues aside, the stay was generally pleasant. Perhaps some improvements to the air conditioning and bedding could be made to enhance future guests' experiences.
