Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all outdoors are locked including all sliders
The garage is off-limits. It’s only his garage all personal items in there. If there’s any need to get into the garage, I have a neighbor that can get access.
Make sure all trash is put in trash bins trash day. The trashcan has to be pulled out Sunday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
