Such a great place!

This was such a great place to stay! Close distance to a the Tuttle walking trail. The communication was great when we had a few hiccups and were taken care of right away. Would definitely recommend this place!

The property was perfect for our family. The electric scooters were a nice surprise that the family really enjoyed. We appreciated the many little extra’s provided to take to the beach. The location was a quick drive to restaurants and the great beaches.

Amazing property

WOW - What an incredible property and a wonderful place to stay! If you're not set on having to be beach front, then look no further.... this is just beautiful and just a short car ride away from anything you might want to do! One of the best VRBO properties I've ever stayed in :)

Relaxing Stay in Sarasota

Our family had a great time staying here. The pool and hot tub were great. A short drive to downtown Sarasota gave us easy access to a lot of restaurants and shops as well as access to a lot of great beaches within 15-30 minutes away. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it often for breakfast, lunch and a few dinners. Communication with the property manager was prompt and our check-in/check-out procedures were easy to follow.

Nice house in Sarasota

We loved the house, pool/spa and lanai. The location to all fun things in Sarasota was also good. Only drawback was the neighborhood---very sketchy. Was not comfortable walking outside. Unfortunate, since the property was so nice.

Perfect!

We took our 6 month old here after our wedding for a little family vacation and it was perfect! We were so comfortable, the house was clean and so nice. The pool was great and the spa at night when our baby was asleep. 15 minutes or more to all the beaches when we wanted to get out of the house! It rained for 3 days while we were there and we were perfectly content hanging out at the house or using the spa. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Sarasota.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The master suite was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. There were also coolers, beach chairs and beach umbrella as well as a wagon to cart it all to the beach. It was nice not to have to purchase these items. We enjoyed our stay. Lisa was an exceptional host and we would recommend this property.

Great get-away with privacy!

Once my family, friend and I walked into the home, we felt we were in our own little paradise. Loved, loved the pool with it being completely screened in and completely surrounded by it privacy fencing. No one could see us or vice versa. Lisa Roland, my person of contact at Home Pro Source LLC, was always, always attentive to any question I had before, during and after my stay at CityScape. I felt very much taken care of during my stay.

Completely Impressed with Property: will be our go-to in Sarasota!

Absolutely loved this property! As a Designer, I really appreciated every well-designed aspect of this house...right down to the coffee cups and kitchen accessories. It was perfect for our family with the King and Queen beds and set of (3) Bunkbeds (hard to find on VRBO). Very clean and comfortable with the pool/lanai being a 10+...we had a hard time getting the kids out of it to go to the beach. We have already recommended this property to our extended family who will visit Sarasota and it will be our go-to property to rent when we come out again to visit our son. The renting process was easy with excellent information and correspondence between our parties. Highly recommend!!

Summer vacay!

Amazing place! We had an amazing time, house is spectacular (pictures don't make justice to it). Super clean, top notch! Kids loved it. Communication with host was great. Quick comment, in our case, we are not early birds, so the light coming trough the upper window in the morning due to the modern house window design and lack of blinds in that window was not appreciated (we stopped at doloroma and got sleeping mask so problem solved) aside from that no issues at all, for sure a place to come back at anytime without any hesitation. Thx for all!

Summer vacation

We had the best time on our vacation! The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We went to Sarasota to visit friends and the house afforded plenty of room for them to come over and grill out. The pool area is amazing! My 7 year old was in it from when she woke up until she went to bed. It has a sun deck with 3 loungers and a spa connected to the main pool so there was something for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and with the pool area being screened we didn’t have to worry about bugs. When we decided to have a beach day, the house had everything. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a beach wagon. We loved the proximity to Lido beach but there are other beaches as well.

This place was very super beautiful. Thanks to Liza for his attention. We super enjoy it. We enjoy the mangos in the yard and the shade. The house management need to take care better for your awesome castle before be late. The pool area need wash pressure around the pool fence, ceiling fans need to be clean and there are some ugly spider in the house. Also will be good to put a note in the living room so guess do not seat wet on the sofas because they are getting smell for the humidity. Thank you so much for everything. Definitely we will go back.

Weekend Getaway

We had an opportunity to get away kid free. It was very last minute but it’s what we needed after a very stressful year. The house is decorated nicely and with minimal Accessories which I liked even though we didn’t bri g our children in this trip I always notice those things. The pool was a wonderful Feature to have. I received constant communication informing us of the process or anything else we needed to k ow about the property. Even received a reminder with the checklist of things to do before check out. We cooked multiple times and the basics were there which was nice. Overall the home was beautiful and well designed. We enjoyed ourselves and now back to reality!

The pool and spa are lovely, and very private. The unit technically sleeps 7, but the indoor table seats 4, the bar seats 4, and the outdoor table seats 6. (We generally ate outdoors, but the table is vulnerable to rain.) Also, if you have a larger group, know that more than 3 adults could not comfortably watch tv from the sofa. We stayed for 3 wks, but lacked a dishwasher for the first week despite our frequent requests for resolution. Only when we told vrbo hq that we had to move, and vrbo contacted the owner, did the owner finally replace dishwasher. The double sink in the master is nice and shower is well-sized. Plenty of towels and beach towels, and the mattress is fine. The furniture is generally dorm-quality (drawers don’t open easily, etc.) There is a garage, but no remote opener for your car. We came to Florida for 6 wks, split between 2 places, both with heated pool/spa. The other owner read the electric meter and charged us for actual usage at the end of our stay (125 for 18 days). This place charges 20 a day—very high. Also, the contact number provided doesn’t work, so we did all our communication thru chat on the vrbo app. That was important and fortunate when I asked vrbo for help, because they could see the chat and all the issues we’d had. The neighborhood feels a little sketchy, and incessant roosters on neighboring lot, all day long. We got used to it, but it could be an issue for some. Summary—we stayed for the pool and spa, and didn’t regret that.
