Spacious Cabin with Lake/Snowmobile Access Hot Tub

Get away from it all! Large home tucked in the mountain with lake views and Rangeley Lake access and a brand new hot tub! Snowmobile from the house to the trails or head up the road 10 miles to Saddleback or enjoy the shared Rangeley Lake waterfront in the summer! Another vacation getaway brought to you by Navigator Vacation Rentals!

Please note this is a family rental and although it sleeps 16, the house comfortably sleeps only 8-10 adults, and the remaining beds are best suited for children. In certain situations we may allow more adults for an added fee, please inquire before booking.

Welcome to our 3-level home in a private neighborhood tucked away in the mountains!

Walk into the front door and you'll see a quiet coffee sitting room and fully stocked kitchen to the right, and a huge dining table and open living area with cathedral ceilings. Down the hall you will find two queen bedrooms both with trundle beds. A full bathroom is also on the first floor. There is a slider to the front deck/yard area.

Up the stairs you'll find a large king bedroom with a private porch and a separate loft area that sleeps two, with beautiful lake views. There is also a desk and a full bathroom with shower (no tub) on the second floor.

The finished basement has a sitting area with two day beds both with trundle beds and off that is a bunk bedroom with four twin beds (two sets of bunks). There is also a half bath on this level. A storage room including a washer and dryer and a spacious mud room with lots of hooks complete the basement space.

The yard is quite large and there is ample parking in the large circular driveway for all of your guests. A fire pit completes the backyard space, and there is a hot tub too!

This house is in the Overlook neighborhood. The roads are maintained by an association and you will need AWD to get up the hill into the neighborhood in the winter if there is snow or ice.

There is a nice waterfront area right on Rangeley Lake for you to use - includes a kayak, swim dock and a swim area. Grills and open yard for games too! You will need to drive to the association beach but it's less than a mile away. Note the elevation of the house is at 1,950 ft and the main road and association waterfront area is at 1,500 ft of elevation.

Great value in beautiful setting

Very comfortable, excellent layout, well supplied, perfect for large group. Comfortable beds in all bedrooms, clean updated bathrooms. Large deck with comfortable furniture. Hosts went above and beyond, very reachable and responsive. Would absolutely rent it again. Loved the location, nearby beach was very nice. No complaints!
