Our home is modern, immaculate & located in the highly sought after neighborhood in the Hollywood South Lake area. Just 3 blocks to Hollywood Beach & 1.5 blocks to South Lake, for an evening stroll or morning jog. Fully remodeled, lush, elegant private backyard with gorgeous lighting, two fountains and firepit. We have a grill for your convenience, outdoor seating to dine and enjoy our tropical oasis. New appliances, new furniture, & elegant finishing touches create our warm & cozy home.
