It's a great location and we loved having the 2 bikes, kayaks and paddle boards right there at house for our use. The view was great. Joe, the owner, was great to deal with and very responsive.

Five star stay in Avalon NJ

My family booked with Joe for a short stay in Avalon and it was everything we hoped for. The house was gorgeous and right on the bay. The house and location were perfect but Joe’s hospitality was amazing. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and the neighbors were very friendly. Located in walking distance to activities and excellent cuisine. We plan to book again in the future.

Amazing house

The entire weekend could not have been more perfect-the owner, Joe, was fantastic. He got back to me immediately with answers to all my questions. Their home is absolutely beautiful, clean, packed with fun activities and plenty of room. The kitchen is complete-had everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. The neighbors were all lovely. This was a 10 and a very lucky find!!

Fabulous Bayside Vacation!

First time vacationing in Avalon and 1st time staying on the bay! We are hooked! The house is beautiful and was stocked with all we needed to cook, store tons of food and drinks (has two refrigerators) and we all hung out comfortably in the family room when it rained. We kayaked, paddle boarded, floated and swam in the bay right off the backyard dock. We barbecued and sat outside on comfy outdoor furniture daily. Can’t say enough good things about the deck views, deck eating area and bay sunsets. Joe was easy to communicate with and quick to answer. Older kids loved playing music with Sonos system inside and outside! Beds were very comfortable and we rested well. Loved walking to restaurants and not worrying about driving. We loaded our truck and drove all the beach paraphernalia the few blocks, unloaded and went and easily found a parking space close to the beach. It was VERY EASY TO DO. We walked back and forth when we wanted to or used the public restroom on 29th. We walked to get specialty coffees, bagels and hit the great shops and they were so close. We’ll be back!
