WELCOME TO NEEDLE RUSH POINT -

Quiet, peaceful, excellent location to explore all of Perdido Key and the surrounding area, including Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola. You can also walk to the famous Flora-Bama bars, restaurants, shops and stores.

Your Condo is located on the first floor in this low rise community tucked away for your enjoyment. Our newly remodeled and sound-proofed condo is ground floor with 1250 square feet. Parking is right outside the front door. There are no elevators or parking garages to deal with.

Your peaceful stay will be a great time away from the hustle of the city. Master bedroom features a king size bed with a beautiful view, balcony access, and a private bathroom. Your second bedroom has a full size and double bed with an additional full hall bathroom. You will have BEAUTIFUL views of Old River from your spacious BALCONY which faces Ono Island. There are 2 gorgeous sparkling pools on the river and on the gulf. You also have easy access to the fishing piers and boat slips.

If you bring a boat you can keep an eye on your boat from your balcony. You also have a large boat yard for your boat trailer, etc. Our living area has a sleeper sofa for when those extra guests will just not leave! You also have a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a washer and dryer in the condo.

Your spacious deck has a view of Old River, which faces Ono Island. You also have access to the gulf side pool and beach~ what a lot of variety!

The community also features 2 lighted tennis courts, free boat storage and boat docks, plus fabulous fishing piers. Email your dates and pack your bags - Responsible party must be 23 years or older.

Arrive 4:PM - Must leave by 10:AM on the last day.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

Flora Bama Visit

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

Wonderful getaway spot

The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.

Relaxing condo

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for those with a boat and very relaxing

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

Very nice property

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

My husband and I and our 2 children, ages 6 and 9, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lita was super quick (less than 5 minutes) to respond when we were using the wrong door code to get in. We loved going right up to the condo rather than dealing with lobbies and elevators. The pools were super nice, well maintained, and never too crowded. The walk across the street to the beach and one of the pools was a little daunting with 2 kiddos, however compared to the 4 lane in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, it's MUCH easier and safer. The condo is well equipped to make meals at home, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. My husband and son like the fishing pier and its proximity to the condo was awesome. We will definitely be staying again!

Spring Break

We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Very Peaceful, Yet In the Middle of Everything

It's hard to beat the price or location, even though this isn't "on the beach." The condo overlooks Old River, but access to the beach is just a 5-min walk across the street. It's close to all the things we wanted to do - lay on beach, jet ski, pick up doughnuts, bars, great fishing spots. We actually found it very enjoyable to sit on the deck and watch all the activity on the river. Lots of boats going by, birds stalking fish and dolphins that would come right up to the dock. One day the Blue Angels flew right over us. That was super cool. Lita, the owner, was great to work with. She accommodated us when we needed to change our check in time and made sure we had everything we needed to get into the unit. We wanted to work with an owner, and not some agency and that was good. The condo was clean and cozy. It could use a little updating, but we're not picky. The kitchen was fine for what we needed. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. I think there were two foam pads on top of the mattress which provided no support and caused you to "sink in." I'd have given this place five stars if that mattress was better.
