BENVENUTO ALL'AGO RUSH POINT -

Il nostro condominio al primo piano in questa comunità bassa è nascosto per il vostro divertimento. Il nostro condominio recentemente ristrutturato e insonorizzato è al piano terra con 1250 metri quadrati. Abbiamo persino il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta d'ingresso. Non ci sono ascensori o ponti di parcheggio qui con solo 100 condomini e 40 nella nostra sezione. Il tuo soggiorno tranquillo sarà un grande momento lontano dal caos della città. La nostra camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, accesso al balcone e un bagno privato. La nostra seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo un ulteriore bagno completo della sala. Abbiamo nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle e le nostre camere hanno pavimenti in legno. La nostra zona giorno ha un divano letto per quando quegli ospiti extra non se ne andranno! Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata con un tavolo da pranzo. Abbiamo una lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il nostro ampio terrazzo ha una vista sul fiume Ole e anche una fantastica piscina. Abbiamo una piscina aggiuntiva che si trova sul lato del Golfo per un'altra opzione ~ che varietà! La nostra comunità dispone anche di 2 campi da tennis illuminati, deposito barca gratuito e banchine in barca, oltre a favolosi moli da pesca. Stiamo offrendo incredibili nuovi annunci speciali. Invia le tue date e fai le valigie ~ Tutti i nostri condomini sono rigorosamente senza animali e non fumatori compreso il balcone ~ nessuna eccezione La parte responsabile deve avere almeno 23 anni. In estate arriva 4: PM - Deve partire entro le 10: AM dell'ultimo giorno.

Jeff you are very welcome and most definitely come stay with us again. A lot of people don't realize that we have a secure place for your boat, and you can see your boat from the back patio when it's in the boat slip. We have piers available for fishing and crabbing.

Our piers are great for fishing (licensed required) and we have a nice little area to clean your catch. I appreciate your review. People always like my back patio. It is facing Ono Island. Very peaceful atmosphere, is what guest have said about my Condo. Needle Rush Point has a lot to offer our guests. Over 12 acres of land, our own private beach, 2 pools, boatyard, 2 of our piers have boat slips .

Wonderful getaway spot

The owner of this property is so easy to work with and the property was perfect. We stayed here over Halloween with our young kids and they were so helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. The place is gorgeous and spacious.

Flora Bama Visit

We had a great time with a prefect setting sitting on the back porch looking out into the river was unbelievable. We where within walking distance of the Flora a Bama a great property was not disappointed

Thank you for your review. The private balcony is an added bonus to the condo. You can see the famous ONO Island and sunset views over Old River. It can be a very peaceful morning or evening watching the dolphins or the sunset. FloraBama is a great time and definitely within walking distance.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay here. Best parts were fishing off the dock and having a pool on the gulf side and bay side. It was clean and it was so easy communicating with the owner. We’ll be back

Thank you for your review. I try to always respond and help my guests as quickly as possible. Old River, ONO Island and the gulf are just a small part of what makes this location so great. We have 2 pools, boat slips, boat yard, fishing piers, private beach access and are known for our beautiful landscaping. Tennis courts on the property for Pickleball or a good old fashioned tennis match. Walking distance of FloraBama.

Thank you for the great review! Our property is known for it's beautiful landscaping and location. The private balcony faces ONO Island and Old River which creates a relaxing & quiet atmosphere. Dolphins are often seen from the balcony. Famous attractions like FloraBama & other restaurants within walking distance.

Relaxing condo

Our condo was everything we read it to be. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing. But you are close to restaurants, shops and bars. The owner, Lita Henderson, was so easy to work with and responds to messages quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Condo

The condo was very nice and very spacious. My family had a great time and we will def be back and rent from Lita. Her and her sister was very helpful with everything I needed. We absolutely loved staying on the bay- you get the best of both worlds (the bay and the ocean) !! The Rices

Great for those with a boat and very relaxing

Get away from the crowds but close to Gulf Shores, Orange Beach & Pensacola for the fun. Access to the bay and the beach and being able to keep your boat in the water makes everything so much easier. Secure location to keep your trailer. The condo has everything you need and has beautiful old trees in front that provide shade and create a Zen atmosphere.

Thank you for your review Mary. Needle Rush Point has everything you can imagine and offers all of the amenities and luxury's of the beach lifestyle. The boat slip is visible from the balcony and gives a sense of security to see your boat. The private boat yard to secure your trailer is monitored and easy to access. The piers are great for fishing (license required) and relaxing out by Old River. We are right in the middle between Pensacola, Orange Beach & Gulf Shores and not far from all of the popular attractions.

Very nice property

This is a very nice condo and very well stocked. Great location with a view of the river from our patio. We had access to two pools, which overlook the water. The private beach access is right across the street. The owner is very nice and helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend this owner and this property.

Thank you, one of my top priorities is to have a well-stocked kitchen for guests, and if people need anything, they usually let me know and I get it for the condo. I love sitting on my back patio in the afternoons enjoying the boats and dolphins. The balcony is a very relaxing place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful owner; nice condo; great maintenance manager

The owner was organized, friendly, and responsive. The condo was beautiful and has a wonderful view of the bay. I felt the asking price was very reasonable. The maintenance manager introduced himself and was extremely personable. One of our favorite rentals. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

My husband and I and our 2 children, ages 6 and 9, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lita was super quick (less than 5 minutes) to respond when we were using the wrong door code to get in. We loved going right up to the condo rather than dealing with lobbies and elevators. The pools were super nice, well maintained, and never too crowded. The walk across the street to the beach and one of the pools was a little daunting with 2 kiddos, however compared to the 4 lane in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, it's MUCH easier and safer. The condo is well equipped to make meals at home, and the washer/dryer was very convenient. My husband and son like the fishing pier and its proximity to the condo was awesome. We will definitely be staying again!

Thank You Jennifer for taken the time to write the review. I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed the Condo. You told me that the place was also very clean. That is very important in this day in time. Family's always have a good time at the Condo because there is a lot to do there and it isn't crowded like other places. The fact that you can walk right up to our Condo without taken elevator is also good. I hope you decide to return in the future. Until than take care, Lita Henderson

Spring Break

We spent 13 days at this property. The property owener Lita was very quick to respond to any questions. I loved the back patio, as many hours were spent watching the boats coming and going on the River and we even seen dolphins a couple times. The properties two pools were very clean, yet cold due to chilly weather at night. The private Gulf beach across the road was well maintained. There are loungers out there with cushions and umbrellas as long as it is not too windy. At night we had a great time catching crabs and just listening to the waves. Away from the property there is Gulf Shores or Pensacola. We were able to watch the Blue Angels practice one morning from Fort Pickens. If you intend to go to this viewing, leave early as it is a very slow drive to the fort.

Christine, thank you for your positive review of your condo stay. The Blue Angels performance is one of my favorite activities. We are very close to Orange Beach and other lovely beach locations within the Perdido Key area

Very Peaceful, Yet In the Middle of Everything

It's hard to beat the price or location, even though this isn't "on the beach." The condo overlooks Old River, but access to the beach is just a 5-min walk across the street. It's close to all the things we wanted to do - lay on beach, jet ski, pick up doughnuts, bars, great fishing spots. We actually found it very enjoyable to sit on the deck and watch all the activity on the river. Lots of boats going by, birds stalking fish and dolphins that would come right up to the dock. One day the Blue Angels flew right over us. That was super cool. Lita, the owner, was great to work with. She accommodated us when we needed to change our check in time and made sure we had everything we needed to get into the unit. We wanted to work with an owner, and not some agency and that was good. The condo was clean and cozy. It could use a little updating, but we're not picky. The kitchen was fine for what we needed. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was awful. I think there were two foam pads on top of the mattress which provided no support and caused you to "sink in." I'd have given this place five stars if that mattress was better.

It is funny, but most of my guest have loved the bed. I have had a couple guest tell me it was a little to much cushion. I made the bed to my liken which seems to difference with Mitchell likens. The King size bed has been removed and has been replaced with a new King size mattress as of May 10/2017. After reading this review, I contacted a couple of my guest that rent often to get their advice. I listen to my guest and I respond. This is the first time I got less then 5 star review. that shows you right there , I do take care of my complaints! I work with my guest as much as I can, and I listen to what they say. Our Condo has a very nice atmosphere. People have always loved our spacious balcony, because of the wild life, dolphins,the boat slips, fishing piers.We have excess to the gulf, which is located right across the street. We own the beach that is located in front of the gulf side Condos. We have swimming pools on both sides. Old River side pool is located in a nice area, looking right at Ono Island. Our Condo is very entertaining and at the same time VERY PEACEFUL environment.
