Great stay with the family! Directly on the beach and a short drive to playgrounds and restaurants. House was clean and we loved the views from the beachfront deck.

Everything was excellent! House was as pictured and the large kitchen/living/dinning room was perfect for gathering. Location was great and view as amazing. Michele was very helpful from booking through check-out.

Perfect for our first family beach vacation!

It was the first trip to the ocean for our grandkids (ages 8, 10, and 12) and they couldn’t get enough beach time! The view was beautiful so even on a rainy day we enjoyed the ocean from the house! Spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. When not on the beach (with beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys provided) we all enjoyed the puzzles and games!

Amazing Getaway at Topsail Treasure

Topsail Treasure is the kind of place you never want to leave. It has everything you need for a perfect getaway, and then some. The kitchen is large and complete with all your necessities. The home was very clean and we have very high standards. Finally, the hot tub overlooking the ocean is a plus. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back to visit.

Beautiful property and house, numerous problems

Beautiful house and location were the big pluses. Jacuzzi did not heat properly, mouse appearance several times, mold issue, unpleasant odor on first floor of house.

It's unfortunate there was no mention of an issue with the hot tub, there are circuit breakers just behind the tub that control the heat that can get tripped which had we known of the issue, could have advised. First and only guests to report anything regarding mice. Exterminator dispatched immediately who treats regularly with no incident since. The home did experience some water infiltration we were unaware of. Contractors were dispatched immediately and steps have been taken to resolve. We spare no expense to keep our home in the most pristine condition possible. It is unfortunate that sometimes events occur, especially oceanfront, that are out of our control. We always welcome the feedback to make it a better experience

This house is beautiful, the location is great and the view from the top floor is stunning! There were umbrellas and beach chairs, plenty of toys and a bonus of beach towels at the house. We had an issue with the hot tub and the owners sent someone to repair it first thing. Michelle was great to communicate with! The lower floor smells a bit dank and if you have mold sensitive guests this may bother them. Overall this house is pleasant and comfortable, well stocked and well decorated.

North Topsail Beach House

Beautiful house right on the beach. You can’t get any closer without being on the sand. My elderly parents did not even walk down to the beach some days, and just sat on the deck and enjoyed the waves. The house is as advertised no surprises great communication with Michelle. The only thing that I would do to improve our stay would be to provide more bath towels and kitchen towels. Plenty of beach towels provided. A very lovely home. We will definitely look at booking this home again.

Family Wedding Week

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Our daughter was married at Ocean’s Edge on North Topsail Beach! Topsail Treasure was the perfect house to accommodate our family for the week! The kitchen/dining/living area was spacious and easily allowed our family to gather for meals, games, and conversations! The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and hosted teenagers to our eighty four year old matriarch. The master bathroom was enormous and allowed for multiples to get ready at once. The beach was only a few steps away and the windows in the living area allowed for the strawberry full moon to put on a show nightly. The communications from the host were on point. I would recommend this vacation home to all!

House was beautiful. Kitchen fully stocked. The only negatives were some pillows in the downstairs bedrooms were uncomfortable. The master bedroom had some sand on the dresser, the top sheet was missing off the bed and there was some sand in that bed. That person had to rewash the bedding.The location was great, loved the deck- had a great trip.
