New construction, high-end luxury condo...under 15 minutes to Broadway! This Nashville gem is in the heart of East Nashville. Your family will be close to Nashville's best at this centrally-located 3 bedroom home.

It is minutes from Opry Mills, Gaylord Opryland Hotel, Grand Ole Opry & mall. Located on the second floor and accessible by elevator, the "Orchid" features a spacious layout, a fully-equipped kitchen, high end finishes, outdoor deck, & three full baths.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom (tiled walk-in shower)
3rd Bedroom: Full bunk beds & single trundle, with en-suite bathroom, (tiled walk-in shower)

I used this rental with 6 of my friends and it never once felt crowded. We had so much fun and all of the accommodation were great!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Nashville!!!

The condo itself was very well kept and clean. Great location min away from downtown. Kids loved the top floor game room. The host was very good with communication and getting back to you with any questions you had. The host also helped us out with a few issues we had during our stay that were way out of her control to be able to handle. I would def recommend this place for anyone coming to the Nashville area that wants to venture downtown without staying downtown Nashville. Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience! The condo is located in a great location that allows you to get anywhere in town within a 15 to 20 minute drive. The condo is beautiful! It is decorated so asthetic! We loved having the 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, allowing for separate space for everyone. It is a safe building with codes to enter. The communication and directions are very thorough! We felt well taken care of. We definitely recommend booking this condo for your Nashville stay! 10/10

Condo very clean and the upkeep is amazing. Quiet location. Great for a families. Host was very responsive! This was our first time in Nashville we were there for a cheer competition. It’s 15mins from the Fairgrounds and Titans Stadium. Broadway is about 20mins great for entertainment. The host made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

Cool Condo

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore Nashville. With easy freeway access, you can quickly get wherever you want to go. There are several good food options nearby as well. Had a bit of a snag with the check-in process, but once we got that sorted out, we had a great stay.

Great condo! Close to everything!

We stayed for my daughter’s Cheer competition that was being held at the Gaylord. The Condo had everything we needed for our stay and cooking. Close and easy to access all Nashville had to offer.

The property was very clean,with comfortable beds and the roof top deck has a really nice view. The host had great communication before arriving to property. My kids enjoyed the artwork on the walls throughout the condo. Will definitely stay again

Short but great stay

The property was enjoyed by all of us. Our two grands (9 & 7) were so excited about the bunk room. We all loved the decor! It is perfect for Nashville and located close to all we had planned. Checking in was easy and the host was very responsive! You won't regret staying here!
