This house is in a safe neighborhood and in a great location. The house itself, was nice and comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. Parking was good. The host was wonderful! We couldn’t really enjoy the back yard, because it was overgrown. There were some broken boards on the deck, and no seating around the “fire pit”. The bedrooms could definitely all use some blackout curtains. There was a major ant problem in the kitchen. I’m sure these things will be resolved, though. Overall, a great stay and would recommend the property.

We had a blast in Nashville! We were there for my 50th birthday party with nine of us total. The property was really nice and hosted 9 very easily with extra room to spare. The house was very comfortable and clean. Close to many different restaurants and shops within walking distance. The location was very close to downtown Nashville and was a breeze getting there. Communication with the host was amazing. They took care of all of our needs. I will happily stay here again on my next day in Nashville.

Very nice house and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet area, comfy mattress, and close to Broadway. The best part is that it’s pet friendly with fenced back yard. We plan to stay here again.
