This community is located inside the privileged subdivisión called Aldea Zamá, in the heart of Tulum. Lúum Zama is close to the main streets and all the services.

Also, it is located in the middle of the touristic area, so all residents and guests can enjoy going by bike to the archiological zone, hotels, restaurants, the beach, Tulum downtown and cenotes.

Amazing Stay

My friends and I had an amazing time in this villa. The unit was very clean and decorated beautifully. I really appreciated the layout with the bedrooms on the first floor and the communal/kitchen areas on the second. It created a comfortable space that suited everyone’s different routines perfectly. Solmar Rentals was very responsive and attentive to any issues or questions I had. There is a spa with a cold plunge and large pool in the middle of the gated property which we used daily. The location was also very convenient with only a 15 minute walk to nearby restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.
