Beautiful two bedroom, 1 bath apt, 950 sqft, located in the North Main St community. This is half of a renovated duplex, 1940s era. The main floors are refinished hardwoods with plenty of character. The unit has been painted inside and out. Appliances include oven range, dishwasher, microwave, stacked washer/dryer, and fridge. Fenced and gated large backyard. A park is located around the corner. Closely located to Cherrydale shopping center and downtown Greenville. Pets are not permitted.
