I couldn’t have been happier with the condition of the property and its location among local attractions. I’ve been to Delray a few times now, and it is by far the best spot that I’ve stayed in to date. Once I arrived and parked my car, I spent the rest of my stay on foot with my dog. Everything is in close walking vicinity, and most local places are pet friendly.

For a short stay it’s perfectly fine. Walkable to Atlantic Ave. Clean and comfortable. Not much natural sunlight, but not a big deal. A few glitches with the TV, but the host was extremely responsive.

This was conveniently located by Delray Beach (a 20-minute walk) and a nearby grocery store. The place was perfect for me. It was very clean, modern, and had everything I needed for my short stay.

We had a great stay! The unit had all that we needed. We walked to Atlantic Ave for dinner and in the morning we had our coffee outside, read by the pool. It was lovely. AJ and CJ were very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again

Property has a cute pool where you can hang in the afternoon after the beach or shopping. The location is a 5 minute car ride to terrific beaches. You can walk your dog 2-3 streets east toward the waterway near or on Palm Trail and the area is beautiful and friendly. The property manager, CJ, is terrific and responded within minutes to a couple minor questions and issues.

Terrific Customer Service

Property manager was extremely responsive to any issue. He quickly sent someone to take a look at and resolve 2 issues that arose during our stay. Stayed in communication afterwards to refund part of our payment to our satisfaction. Since this was a recent purchase of the owners, they were very willing to work out the hiccups. No hesitancy in dealing with these terrific people.
