This restored one bedroom, one bathroom unit has original hardwood flooring, a gazebo and all the amenities one could ask for. Conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown area, parks and EKU. Each apartment is completely private with a front and back door entrance within the main building. This is an upstairs unit.

This VRBO was clean, well-appointed, and very convenient. Although it is downtown, it is tucked away in a surprisingly quiet area. The only drawback was some noise from downstairs, but it would not make me hesitate to stay here again. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable visit.

This is a fantastic property. Incredible comfort, walkable to all of the historic downtown, and delightfully and tastefully decorated. I even took ideas for a home I am designing.

Very cute and clean place, excellent communication by host. The neighborhood was very nice and the property was filled with large and beautiful potted plants. Cute gazebo in the back yard, and ample parking both on and off street. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

Second floor apartment was a cozy space. The small shared back yard area was nice, it was fenced in and had a dog clean up post for cleaning up after your dog.

Very cute and clean place . Nice location for visiting EKU activities. Easy parking .

Great little place, easy parking, close to EKU campus. Clean and Andrew was quick to respond. Only concern was that the bed was a little soft for us but that’s just personal preference!

cute little apartment

We stayed here to attend a funeral in Richmond. It isn't disabled friendly, so it would have been nice to know that it was a second story apartment in the listing. Parking was on site, which was a big plus. The furniture is very soft, which is welcoming but also easy to get stuck in. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the bottled water in the refrigerator. The live plants everywhere were a wonderful touch. The bathroom is a little close - the door opens into the toilet and there are no grab bars or edges to hold onto getting in or out of the shower, which for most people isn't a difficulty but for limited mobility it would be a plus. We would stay here again if a first floor apartment was available. Thanks for hosting us.

It wasn’t the host fault you can say but as soon as we open the door to the house much less than going into Westfield Blue the pot smell would knock you down. I’m just glad it was my wife and myself and we didn’t have our daughters or granddaughter with us. Andrew did respond and said he was sorry and he would let the other renters know that was unacceptable. I just paid for another place to stay which did cost much more because it was last minute. So inclusion all we got was I’m sorry and as of this moment since I said a refund would be appropriate we have not heard another word from Andrew.
