This lovely single story home is centrally located in the heart of Berea. Our home sleeps 4 people. The space includes a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom offers a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a covered carport for your vehicle and 2 steps entering into the home.
We only allow 4 guests to stay at our property. If more than 4 guests end up staying; we will add a $30 charge for each extra guest.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a cute little house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! We stayed here while our daughter visited some colleges in the area. It is close to everything, and yet you almost don’t realize that. The owners provided excellent communication with easy check-in and check out. I also appreciate the reasonable check-out list!! We highly recommend.

The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The location is perfect. The house was comfortable and kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies. Me and my kids stayed for our Mother's Day weekend trip. Definitely recommend and we will stay again when we make another trip!

Very nice place. Roomy and very clean. Location is great to go anywhere in the Berea area. Our car sits low to the ground so if you stay here be careful getting in and out of the driveway!

The Saturday farmers market was wonderful--Lovely Laurel was situated close to everything we wanted--it was quiet and peaceful once inside--highly recommend and would stay there again.
