The home is designed for comfort and privacy, featuring two separate living areas and four luxury bedrooms located on the first, third, and fourth floors. A private elevator provides easy access across all levels, making the layout ideal for group stays, extended visits, and multi-generational travel.

A University of Texas–themed rooftop floor and lounge offers a relaxed space for entertaining, unwinding after a day in the city, or hosting your own Austin-style happy hour.

Space and Quiet

Quiet location South of Downtown Austin with a park, trails, and retail a short walk away. Plenty of room for several couples with 4.5 baths. Super easy to Uber/Lyft into Downtown and the surrounding areas. If you need a change of pace this is your place!

Great property one block from the lakefront

Great property super well appointed. Super easy communication with the owner and the property is really well setup with mini fridges in every room and other amenities. New and modern with great furnishings. Recommend 100%.

Loved it!!!

Our stay was for my daughter’s bachelorette trip. The townhouse was a perfect size for 8 women with plenty of bathrooms to get dressed in and was immaculately clean. We were close to every place we wanted to visit and we even walked to pick up pizza one evening. Anthony was a very gracious host and responded quickly to a few questions we had. I highly recommend this townhouse and this host!

Great property. Awesome host.

The pictures didn't do it justice. I rented it w/ 3 coworkers, and we were all blown away by how nice it was. We chose it because we all had a private bedroom and bathroom for each of us. The rooms are separated across the 4 floors, making them feel even more private. They are immaculate and comfortable. The host is incredibly thoughtful and supplies high-end linens, towels, dedicated coffee makers, and beverages in every room. They all have TVs with access to nearly every streaming service. The communal floor is beautiful and comfortable. A great open space includes a kitchen with/ every appliance and every tool you could need, as well as a large living room and dining space. It was a great space to unwind each night together. There's also another smaller TV room on the upper floor w/ a nice balcony. The location is just as appealing as the property itself. My early morning ride to the airport took 15 minutes. We took ride share into downtown daily, which was also 10-15 minutes. Rideshares took 5 minutes or less and are in abundance here. Starbucks and Walgreens are a block away, and several appealing eateries are nearby if you want local conveniences. You don't need a car here IMO. I would emphatically recommend this property to any professionals traveling together, couples trips, and families with/ teens or older looking for a bit of separation of space in a wonderful and spotless property. The host is very gracious, communicative, and helpful. We'll be back!

Originally from South America, I have had the opportunity to live in England, Malaysia, Japan, Spain, Argentina, and Ecuador. Those experiences shaped how I connect with people and what hospitality means to me. I have lived in Austin since 1993 and have had the chance to witness the city’s incredible transformation while still appreciating the character that makes it special.

This home has welcomed guests from Europe, Asia, and South America over the years, and hosting travelers from around the world has been one of the most rewarding parts of sharing it. I enjoy soccer, Latin music, and spending time around South Congress and downtown Austin. My goal is to help every guest feel comfortable, well cared for, and truly at home during their stay.
